This case is a reference under Section 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967, arising from the dismissal of Ching Suet Yeen (hereinafter referred to as

“the Claimant”) by YL Trading Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) on 11 July 2010.

AWARD

This reference stems from the dismissal of Ching Suet Yeen (“the Claimant”) by YL Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company”) on 11 July 2010.

The said matter was mentioned on 16 August 2012. The Company's Solicitors attending Court mentioned the matter on behalf of the Claimant as well and informed Court that he was instructed to inform Court which he did that the Claimant was withdrawing her claim against the Company as the matter had been settled. He informed the Court that he had received the Claimant's text message this morning evidencing the same.

Accordingly and expost the settlement this reference is struck-off by the Court without liberty for reinstatement.
