1. When will my paper publish?

a. Each conference will be processed for online publica on once all ar cles have been completed for submission. On average this can take approximately 3-4 months.

2. I want to make changes to my paper.

a. Papers submi ed to this system are considered FINAL. No changes will be made to the paper.

3. The order of authors on my electronic copyright form/submission form is incorrect. How can I correct it?

a. The order of the authors as entered in the submission form and copyright license form does not need to be the same as the order in the paper. A diﬀerent author order in the copyright license will not aﬀect the order in the published paper.

b. What is important is that all authors on the paper be included in the license. If coauthors are not included in the form, the author will be contacted by email and asked to add the coauthor informa on to the system.

4. I’m having trouble comple ng my electronic copyright form, what could be wrong?

a. You have not added all co-authors into the submission system. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to enter in the names and contact informa on for ALL authors listed on the ar cle. Failure to do this will result in an incorrect form.

b. You have selected the incorrect copyright license type. Please refer to the descrip on of each copyright license type to conﬁrm which is the correct one to be used for your ar cle.

c. You have not uploaded an alternate copyright form if it has been required by that copyright license type.

If any further assistance is needed, please contact the conference organizer directly.
