PENGARUH INVESTASI HUMAN CAPITAL DAN PERPUTARAN
MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN BUM N
YANG TELAH LISTING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) N ilai rata-rata human
capital pada Perusahaan BUMN yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. 2) N ilai
rata-rata Perputaran Modal Kerja Perusahaan BUMN yang listing di Bursa Efek
Indonesia. 3) N ilai profitabilitas pada Perusahaan BUMN yang listing di Bursa
Efek Indonesia. 4) Pengaruh Human Capital dan Perputaran Modal Kerja
terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan BUMN yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain
kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang telah listing
di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 20 perusahaan dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Alat analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji
hipotesis penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien korelasi pear son product moment
dan korelasi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 20.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital dan perputaran
modal kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan baik secara
parsial maupun secara simultan.

The purpose of this research is to know : 1) The average value of human capital BUMN company which go public in Indonesia stock exchange. 2) The average value of working capital turnover BUMN company which go public in Indonesia stock exchange. 3) The value of profitability BUMN company which go public in Indonesia stock exchange. 4) Influence of human capital investment and working capital turnover to profitability BUMN company which go public in Indonesia stock exchange.
The research design used is the design of causal. P opulation in this research is BUMN company which go public in Indonesia stock exchange as many 20 companys with the number of sample is 18 companys. The analysis tool to test the hypothesis is coefficient pearson product moment correlation analysis and multiple coefficient by using SP SS 20.0.
The result of research showed human capital and working capital turnover have positive influence, partially or simultaneously.
