The ArrayLink in SensorML has some issues. It is insufficient for connecting/linking arrays. More documentation is required.

The choice of sourceArray/destionationIndex and
destinationArray/sourceIndex should be removed and an optional length element should be added.
This would allow linking a specific part of a DataArray to a second DataArray at a specific position.
