ABSTRAK
Kertas karya ini berjudul The Description of Plot in Mark Twain’s Novel The Adventure of Tom sawyer. Ini menceritakan tentang petualangan Tom Sawyer dan teman-temannya di dalam Novel The Adventure of Tom Sawyer yang ditulis oleh Mark Twain. Deskripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang petualangan Tom Sawyer dan teman-temannya. Bagaimana Tom menghadapi situasi dimana dia dan temannya Huck menyaksikan langsung pembunuhan dokter Robinson di kuburan, dan dia harus menyimpan rapat-rapat rahasia itu. Dalam penyusunan kertas karya ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library research) dengan membaca beberapa buku yang berhubungan dengan judul ini dan juga penelusuran dari internet untuk melengkapi data yang telah di kumpulkan.

ABSTRACT
This paper is entitled The Description of Plot in Mark Twain’s “Novel The Adventure of Tom Sawyer”. It is about the adventure of tom sawyer with his friend in The Adventure of Tom Sawyer Novel written by Mark Twain. This description to explain about Tom Sawyer and his friends adventure. How Tom face the situation when he and his friends Huck directly saw doctor Robinson killed by Indiana Joe in grave and they promise not to tell that to anyone. In composing this paper, the writer uses the Library Research by reading some books that is relevant to this title or as a source to get information that can support this title and also by searching on internet to complete the data that have been collected.
