Abstract

The existence of Multi National Corporations as a global economic actors expressing a kind of two faces sword. In one side he has a important role in such country economic growth in where he loca ted, in other side, potentially to be Human Rights violation Offen ders, especially to the society surrounding that corporate operation. That possibilities in fact not provided with legal system national and international as well in certainly accommodate the issues of respon sibility to MNCs in their Human Rights Violation.
