Anis came up with an innovation. In 2012, she decided to make meat floss; a favorite among people of all ages. Nutritional value and family health become her main concern. She maintains this principle by always using fresh ingredients she obtains on the same day her meat floss is processed. Starting from chicken and beef floss, Anis keeps experimenting in order to provide various options. From the resources around her, Anis continues to make different new and unique products from her kitchen.
Empowering housewives living nearby, the kitchen of Abon Daun Emas keeps on growing.
Relentlessly, Anis tries to find ways to use ingredients as effective as possible to avoid waste. Other than managing this business, Anis builds her capacity in Maju Ceria Women Farmers Group in her village. All these are in the hope of realizing a healthier and more nourished Indonesian families.
