PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN BELIMBING WULUH (Averrhoa bilimbi) DAN KUNYIT (Curcuma domestica) DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP
KONSUMSI RANSUM, PERTAMBAHAN BOBOT BADAN, DAN EFISIENSI RANSUM PADA MARMOT LEPAS SAPIH

ABSTRAK
Penelitian dilaksanakan di kandang Rabbit Ranch Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran pada tanggal 28 Juli 2012 sampai 27 Agustus 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi dan pengaruh penambahan belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) dan kunyit (Curcuma domestica) dalam ransum terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, dan efisiensi ransum pada marmot lepas sapih. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial (4x2). Perlakuan terdiri dari 4 macam ransum penelitian faktor A, yaitu B0 = ransum tanpa belimbing wuluh, B1 = ransum mengandung 0,3% belimbing wuluh, B2 = ransum mengandung 0,6% belimbing wuluh, B3 = ransum yang mengandung 0,9% belimbing wuluh, faktor B, yaitu terdiri dari 2 faktor K0 = ransum tanpa kunyit, dan K1 = ransum mengandung 0,5% kunyit. Masing-masing diulang 3 kali, sehingga diperoleh 24 unit percobaan. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, dan efisiensi ransum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan belimbing wuluh dan kunyit dalam ransum terjadi interaksi pada efisiensi ransum. Perlakuan B2K1 dalam dosis 0,6% belimbing wuluh dan 0,5% kunyit dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai bahan tambahan dalam ransum marmot lepas sapih .

ABSTRACT
This research was carried out in a cage Rabbit Ranch Faculty of Padjadjaran University on July 28 until August 27, 2012. This aimed to study about the effect of adding wuluh starfruit (Curcuma domestica) and turmeric (Curcuma domestica) in the ration to ration consumption, body weight gain, and efficiency ration in guinea pig weaning off. Research using experimental methods with completely randomized design (CRD) factorial (4x2). Treatment consisted of 4 kinds of research ration factor A, ie B0 = ration without starfruit, B1 = ration containing 0.3% starfruit, B2 = ration containing 0.6% starfruit, B3 = ration containing 0.9% starfruit starfruit, factor B, which is composed of two factors K0 = ration without turmeric, and K1 = ration containing 0.5% turmeric. The results of this study indicate that the addition of starfruit and turmeric in an interaction on the efficiency ration ration. B2K1 treatment in doses 0.6% and 0.5% starfruit turmeric can be used by the public as an additive in the ration guinea pig weaning off.
