Abstract
e-KTP is identity card was created electronically, either in terms of physical function and use computerized which utilize smartcard technology. In the implementation of e-KTP card, required socialization to citizens, so the implementation of e-KTP card data recording went well. Socialization in the form of material and words can not be understood citizens. Multimedia use of one of the alternative socialization that have advantages for the senses and attract interest because of a combination of audio and visual. This interactive multimedia application designed with prototype method and applied using actionscript technology, the application to facilitate socialization of e-KTP to the citizens.

Abstrak
e-KTP adalah Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang dibuat secara elektronik
dengan memanfaatkan teknologi smartcard. Dalam pelaksanaan e-KTP,
diperlukan sosialisasi kepada warga, agar pelaksanaan perekaman data e-KTP berjalan lancar. Sosialisasi yang hanya berupa materi dan kata-kata, kurang dapat dipahami warga. Penggunaan multimedia salah satu alternatif sosialisasi yang memiliki kelebihan untuk menarik indra dan minat karena merupakan gabungan antara audio dan visual. Aplikasi multimedia interaktif ini dirancang dengan
metode prototype dan di implementasikan dengan menggunakan teknologi
actionscript, sehingga aplikasi tersebut dapat mempermudah sosialisasi e-KTP pada masyarakat.
