4. Reagen Salkowski mengandung: 150 ml H2SO4 250 ml Aquades 7.5 ml FeCl36H2O 0.5 M (Aryantha et al. 2004). 5. Hormon IAA pa 5 mg 1. Reagen Anthrone 0.1%: 1000 ml H2SO4 1 gr Anthrone 2. Etanol 80%

Spektrofotometer λ 510 nm 1 ml sample + 4 ml salkowsky
Evaporasi dan inkubasi 1 jam pada suhu ruang Ekstraksi dengan etil asetat 15 ml 3 x
Fase atas + HCl 1N hingga pH2.5 Evaporasi (uapkan methanol)
Buang fase atas (kloroform)
Tambahkan larutan ekstraksi dan 25 ml aquades 1 g sampel buah digerus
