In consolidation for the relati<?ns that link the two friendly peoples in

Indonesia and the Great Socialist Peoples' Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.

And due to the intention of both parties (Governor of Jakarta and the

Secretariat of the Peoples' Committee of Tripoli Shaabiat) to strengthen the

informational, cultural, juvenile, sportive, economical and service relations

between the inhabitants of both Jakarta and Tripoli cities for what serves the

interest of both cities.

On this basis, both parties agreed and decided what ｾ｡ｬｬｯｷｳＺ＠

Both parties announce the establishment of twin relation between both Jakarta and Tripoli cities.

Both cities agreed to consolidate the relation links between them and strengthen it in all fields as of information, culture, economy, sport, youth and services.

Both cities decided to establish exchange for the various activities between them for the service of the inhabitants of both cities.

Both parties shall meet periodically to discuss the principles of this document and lay them in a practical framework.

Both parties shall lay down a practical program in order to carry out what has been agreed upon.

The items of this document shall be carried out from the date of its signature.
