Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 3067 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan N.M.B. pada 24 April 1931, Residen Negeri Sembilan, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah 1926, telah mengisytiharkan sebidang tanah yang terletak di Solok Renang, iaitu Lot No.

1269, Mukim Nerasau, Daerah Rembau seluas 23 ekar 3 rod 30 pol dan ditandakan di dalam Pelan Ukur Hasil No. 10941 yang disimpan di Pejabat Penguasa Ukur Hasil, Seremban menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud rizab kayu api yang disenggarakan oleh Penghulu Mukim Nerasau dan pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan:
