ABSTRACT
Accounting system was a crucial thing to know how your business works. The aim of this study was to know whether the system had been worked based on the current standard of the accounting system and also designed the accounting system for input a nd
output cash which was able to support company’s achievement that had been specified.
The data used is a qualitative data which get from Shamlan’s furniture in the
form of input and output cash. The design was used Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Later, it would be continued by the design of database, input and output. According to the result of this study, it was found that the system procedure of input and output cash on the furniture had not been worked effectively. This phenomenon happened because the recapitulation of the transaction used manual way.
The finding of this study would give appropriate information about input and
output cash at Shamlan’s furniture, therefore the business concern could be better in
managing the input and output cash and worked as good as expected.
