The FTO-GDN is selected because it is capable of stable high speed drilling performance in forged carbon steel S45C (CK45, 1045). The FTO-GDN realized its stable drilling operation with preventing face wear in medium carbon steel (equivalent to C30)

SUS304 is difficult to cut without the tool chipping, but the FTO-GDN's internal coolant supply enables stable cutting and a long tool life.
