Designing Standard Operating Procedurs (SOP)
Problems To Be Addressed
In condition where competition is getting more severe, consistency of product and service
quality is needed in order to improve and keep customer trust. Activities among units,
departments or divisions to produce output sometimes are overlapping. These conditions
should be managed in order to avoid miss-communication, conflict among functions (which
sometimes last for a long time) or even everyone neglect their responsibilities, which can bring
impact to the declining of corporate performance. The solution of this issue is to create a
document entitled SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

implementation of business processes according to their own roles/functions

workplace

Designing Standard Operating Procedurs (SOP)
Menjawab Masalah Apa
proses bisnis sesuai peran/fungsi masing-masing
