Pada 1Q17, ASII mencatatkan pendapatan Rp48,8 triliun (+16% y-y) dan
laba bersih Rp5,1 triliun (+63% y-y). Tren positif penjualan 4W berlanjut
berkat
kenaikan penjualan low MPV dan kontribusi penjualan LCGC
.
Sementara penjualan 2W masih dalam tren negatif walaupun mampu
meningkatkan pangsa pasar ke 77%.
Perbaikan harga komoditas, inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga
yang relatif
rendah akan menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan bisnis otomotif pada 2017.
Walaupun demikian penjualan 2W masih akan mendapat tantangan dari
daya beli kelas menengah bawah yang belum sepenuhnya pulih.
Dorongan Bisnis Non-Otomotif
Berkat kenaikan harga komoditas, United Tractors (UNTR) mencatatkan
pendapatan Rp13,7 triliun (+27,9 y-y) dan Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) Rp4,5
triliun (+48,8% y-y). Hal ini juga berdampak positif pada
operating margin
yakni UNTR tercatat 15,2% (vs 1Q16 11,9%) dan AALI 24,9% (vs 1Q16
11,2%).
Selain itu, strategi manajemen baru Bank Permata (BNLI) dalam
mengurangi NPL mampu menciptakan laba bersih pada 1Q17 sebeasar
Rp453 miliar setelah rugi bersih pada1Q16.

Kami menggunakan estimasi
forward
PE sebesar 19,7x (+1SD diatas
rata-rata 3 tahun sebesar 17,8x) untuk memperoleh target harga pada
Desember 2017. Target harga ini mengimplikasikan PE 2017E sebesar 20,3x.
Saat ini, ASII diperdagangkan pada PE 2017E sebesar 17,3x.

Optimis pada 4W
Kinerja 1Q17 menandai kebangkitan bisnis ASII. 4 bisnis ASII dengan kontribusi
terbesar mencatatkan tren pertumbuhan positif. Bisnis otomotif mencatatkan
pendapatan Rp24 triliun (+8,9% y-y), jasa keuangan Rp4,6 triliun (+7,6% y-y),
alat berat dan pertambangan Rp13,7 triliun (+27,9% y-y), serta agrobisnis
Rp4,5 triliun (+48,8% y-y). Pertumbuhan signifikan pada bisnis yang terkait
komoditas terjadi berkat dorongan kenaikan harga komoditas.
Peluncuran LCGC 7 seater
seperti Toyota Calya pada 3Q16 terus menjadi
pendorong pertumbuhan bisnis otomotif. Selama 1Q17, segmen LCGC
mencatatkan penjualan 36.745 unit (pangsa pasar 81%) dimana Toyota Calya
tercatat menjadi mobil kedua terlaris setelah Toyota Avanza. Pertumbuhan
positif Toyota Avanza pada 1Q17 juga membuktikan
tidak terjadinya
kanibalisasi
antara mobil segmen LMPV dan LCGC milik ASII.
Selain itu, dilihat dari kinerja merk, berkat LCGC, ASII melalui merk Toyota dan
Daihatsu selama 1Q17 mencatatkan pertumbuhan dibanding 3 pesaing
utamanya. Toyota mencatatkan penjualan 174.074 unit (+117% y-y) dan
Daihatsu mencatatkan penjualan 49.730 unit (+17 % y-y). Sedangkan
pesaingnya, Honda mencatatkan pertumbuhan -9% y-y, Mitsubishi -6% y-y,
dan Suzuki -16% y-y.

Segmen 2W masih menunjukkan tren penurunan penjualan sampai 1Q17.
Walaupun demikian, ASII terus meningkatkan penguasaan pasar sampai
77%. Kami melihat daya beli konsumen kelas menengah ke bawah yang
masih lemah menjadi pemicu. Kenaikan harga listrik dan beberapa
kebutuhan pokok, serta harga komoditas yang belum berpengaruh penuh
pada daya beli pada 1Q17 membuat mereka menunda pembelian.
Pada 2017, kami tetap memprediksi
pertumbuhan bisnis otomotif ASII
sebesar 3,9%
. Pertumbuhan ini akan didorong oleh penjualan MPV
khususnya Toyota Avanza dan LCGC. Pertambahan kelas menengah di
Indonesia juga akan menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan penjualan LCGC.
Secara keseluruhan, pertumbuhan penjualan otomotif ASII pada 2017
akan didorong oleh beberapa katalis yaitu efek perbaikan harga
komoditas, realisasi belanja pemerintah, inflasi yang terkendali, dan suku
bunga yang relatif rendah. Kami mengamati bahwa khusus untuk 2W
masih akan berharap pada kebangkitan daya beli kelas menengah ke
bawah.
Dorongan Bisnis Non-Otomotif
Pulihnya harga komoditas secara langsung juga mempengaruhi kinerja
UNTR. Segmen
mining contracting
sebagai kontributor pendapatan
terbesar UNTR mencatatkan pendapatan Rp6,3 triliun (+13% y-y). Selain
itu,
kenaikan harga komoditas
juga mampu meningkatkan margin dimana

Kenaikan harga CPO sejak 3Q16 juga mendorong pendapatan 1Q17 AALI
ke Rp4,5 triliun (+48,8% y-y).
Operating margin
juga tercatat naik ke 24,9%
(vs 1Q16 operating margin sebesar 11,2%). Selain itu, pada 2017, kinerja
AALI terpengaruh efek El Nino sehingga produksi CPO tidak optimal.
Berbeda dengan tahun ini dimana
efek El Nino sudah tidak ada lagi
sehingga tingkat produksi dapat kembali normal.
Dari bisnis keuangan, Bank Permata (BNLI) pada 1Q17 mencatatkan laba
bersih Rp453 miliar yang berbanding terbalik dengan kerugian 1Q16
sebesar Rp376 miliar. Hasil ini adalah buah dari
strategi mengurangi NPL
yang dilakukan manajemen baru
