PENJELASAN MENGENAI PENELITIAN
LEMBAR PENJELASAN KEPADA CALON SUBJEK PENELITIAN
Selamat pagi Saudara,
Nama saya dr. Jenny Novina Sitepu dan akan melakukan penelitian dengan judul
Hubungan Profil Lipid dengan Kadar
Adrenocorticotropine Hormone
(ACTH)
dan Enzim 11-
β
Hydroxylase pada Obesitas, Overweight, dan Normal. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran profil lipid, kadar ACTH dan enzim
11-β
Hydroxylase pada obesitas, overweight, dan normal, serta bagaimana hubungan
variabel-variabel tersebut.
Dengan diketahuinya gambaran profil lipid, kadar ACTH dan enzim
11-
β
Hydroxylase pada obesitas, overweight, dan normal, serta bagaimana hubungan
variabel-variabel tersebut maka didapatkan informasi ilmiah mengenai gambaran
profil lipid, kadar ACTH dan enzim 11-
β
Hydroxylase pada obesitas, overweight,
dan tubuh normal, serta bagaimana hubungan variabel-variabel tersebut. Selain
itu, hasil penelitian ini juga dapat bahan masukan untuk penyuluhan kesehatan
mengenai dampak obesitas dan
overweight terhadap kesehatan, bahan masukan
untuk penelitian kesehatan lebih lanjut dalam menurunkan risiko penyakit
kardiovaskuler pada orang dengan obesitas dan
overweight serta masyarakat
menjadi lebih berhati-hati terhadap dampak negatif obesitas dan
overweight
terhadap kesehatan.
saudara diambil, petugas akan memberikan kapas alkohol untuk ditempelkan di
tempat bekas penyuntikan. Idealnya darah akan segera berhenti. Namun, apabila
tempat penyuntikan masih berdarah setelah 5 menit, anda dapat menghubungi dan
menanyakan kepada saya. Apabila terjadi sedikit pembengkakan pada lokasi
penyuntikan, Saudara tidak perlu kuatir. Saudara dapat mengompres bagian yang
bengkak dengan air dingin atau apabila bengkak menetap, Saudara dapat
menghubungi dan menanyakan kepada saya.
Saya sangat mengharapkan keikutsertaan Saudara dalam penelitian ini, karena
selain bermanfaat untuk diri sendiri, juga bermanfaat untuk orang lain.
Selama penelitian ini, Saudara tidak dibebankan biaya apapun. Semua
data/keterangan dari Saudara bersifat rahasia, tidak diketahui orang lain. Apabila
Saudara ingin mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan, Saudara dapat
menghubungi saya dan saya akan memberikan catatan hasil pemeriksaan darah
Saudara.
Apabila keberatan, Saudara bebas untuk menolak mengikuti penelitian ini, tanpa
khawatir akan mengurangi pelayanan yang kami berikan.
Jika sudah mengerti dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini maka Saudara dapat

Pemeriksaan yang akan dilakukan diatas pada lazimnya tidak akan menimbulkan
