Abstract
At the present time the company is trying hard to retain customers with increasingly marketing their products through advertisements in various media. Effective advertising is needed in order to increase sales and increase profits products offered. Companies must work harder to attract customers. In the current era, almost all people use mobile phones as a medium of communication. A wide variety of providers emerging to complement the needs of consumers and affect consumers, especially in the medium of television with a variety of uniqueness and diversity of each.

Under these conditions, the purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of television advertising IM3 cellular cards (Version JKT48 & Cesar)-dimensional views of the EPIC Model. From the results obtained from the overall EPIC seen the average effectiveness of television advertising IM3 cellular cards (Version JKT48 & Cesar) including a pretty effective ad category.
