The title of this research is Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibilty Program by Public Relations of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk (Bank bjb). Descriptive Study of “Angklung Untuk Sekolah” Corporate Social Responsibility Program by Public Relations of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. With guidance Dr.Hj.Hanny Hafiar, M.Si., as the first supervisor and Lilis Puspitasari, S.Sos.,M.I.Kom., as the second supervisor. The research aims to determine how the background of “Angklung Untuk Sekolah” CSR program held by Public Relations of Bank BJB is, How the planning process of

“Angklung Untuk sekolah” CSR program is, How the implementation process of

“Angklung Untuk Sekolah” CSR program is, and How the evaluation of

“Angklung Untuk sekolah” CSR program is. The method used in this research is descriptive research. The concepts used is operational concept of public relations. The data of this research obtained by conducting interview, observation, literature study and documentation. This research based on information from the staff of public relations group of corporate social responsibility at Bank bjb and the CSR consultant of Bank bjb. Data analyzed with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion from data submitted by the speakers. The result of research showed that the implementation of “Angklung Untuk Sekolah” CSR program motivated by the regulation on the implementation of CSR for companies, the lack of public knowledge about the Angklung, company's vision, mission and values that emphasize care for the environment, and establish a good corporate image in front of the public. Planning and implementation along program evaluation also done well by the Public Relation Group of Corporate Social Responsibilty at Bank bjb. The suggestion that can be given by the writer of this research is the Public Relation Group of Corporate Social Responsibilty of Bank bjb should to do the evaluation sustainable, so the company can see the development of knowledge and enthusiastic people of Angklung and also to analyze the corporate image in front of community.
