ABSTRAK
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara self-Effica cy pengambilan
keputusan karir dengan kematangan karir. Sebanyak 86 orang diambil
sebagai sampel yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sa mpling. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam pengumpulan data dengan metode skala, yaitu skala ca reer decision ma king self-effica cy dan ca reer development inventory. Teknik analisa data yang dipakai adalah teknik korelasi product moment. Dari hasil analisa data diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) 0,741 dengan sig. = 0,000 (p < 0.05) yang berarti ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-effica cy pengambilan keputusan karir dengan kematangan karir. Hal ini bermakna bahwa self-effica cy pengambilan keputusan karir siswa yang tinggi akan diikuti pula dengan kematangan karir siswa yang tinggi juga.

ABSTRACT
This research is a correlational study which aimed to determine the significance positive of the correlation between career decision making self-efficacy and career maturity. There are 86 students were taken as samples using purposive sampling technique. Research methods used in the data collection was scale, method using scales of career decision making self-efficacy and career development inventory. Data analysis technique used was product moment of correlation technique. Analysis of data obtained from the coefficient of correlation was (r) 0,741 with sig. = 0,000 (p < 0.05), which means there is a significant positive relationship between career decision making self-efficacy and career maturity. This means that the higher career decision making self-efficacy of the students, the higher career maturity of student.
