B^AHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 308 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan N.M.B. pada 12 Februari 1915 [W.K.N.M.B. 308/1915], pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 [N.M.B.

11/1911], Residen Negeri Sembilan telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang terletak di Batu 12 Jalan Seremban ke Batang Benar, seperti dalam Jadual, dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur Hasil No. 2926, yang disimpan di Pejabat Penguasa Ukur Hasil, Negeri Sembilan menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam, iaitu, rizab untuk Tapak Bangunan Rumah Pekerja Jabatan Kerja Raya ‘Cooly Lines’ yang dijaga oleh Jurutera Negeri, Negeri Sembilan:

W^HEREAS, by Notification No. 308 published in the F.M.S. Government Gazette on 12 February 1915 [F.M.S.G.G. 308/1915], in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 [F.M.S. 11/1911], the Resident of Negeri Sembilan had proclaimed that the parcel of land situated near 12th mile, of the road from Seremban to Batang Benar, described in the Schedule and delineated upon Revenue Survey Plan No. 2926, which is deposited in the Office of the Superintendent of Revenue Surveys, Negeri Sembilan, to be a reserve for a public purpose, that is, a reserve for Site of Bangunan Rumah Pekerja Jabatan Kerja Raya ‘Cooly Lines’ to be maintained by the State Engineer, Negeri Sembilan:

A^ND^WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

A^ND^WHEREAS, notice of the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 38 on 15 January 2004:

A^ND^WHEREAS, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received:

W^HEREAS, by Notification No. 738 published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette on 8 November 2001, the State Authority of Negeri Sembilan in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code, had proclaimed that the land described in the Schedule to be a reserve for a public purpose, that is, a site for Dewi Sri Maha Mariamman and designates that the District Officer of Seremban shall have control of the reserve land:

N^OW^THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority gives notice under subsection 64(2) of the said Code of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation and that any person who desires to object against such revocation will be heard by the Director of Land and Mines, Negeri Sembilan at an enquiry to be held at the Office of the Director of Lands and Mines, Negeri Sembilan, 4th Floor, Block A, Wisma Negeri, Seremban at any time during office hours after 30 days from the date of the publication of this Notification in the Gazette.

B^AHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 485 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 2 Disember 1965, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah [N.M.B. Bab 138], Raja dalam Mesyuarat telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah Lot 5282, Mukim Gemencheh, Daerah Tampin seluas 2.23 hektar dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PA. 18755 yang disimpan di Pejabat Ketua Juruukur, Negeri Sembilan menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam iaitu untuk penanaman Brachiara Brizantha di bawah jagaan Pegawai Haiwan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan:

D^ANBAHAWASANYA, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:

Cap. 138], the Ruler in Council had proclaimed that the land being Lot 5282, Mukim Gemencheh, District of Tampin having an area of 2.23 hectares and delineated upon Revenue Survey Plan No. CP.

18755, which is deposited in the Chief Surveyor Office, Negeri Sembilan to be a reserve for a public purpose, that is for planting Brachiara Brizantha to be maintained by the Pegawai Haiwan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan:
