EVALUASI KANDUNGAN PROTEIN KASAR DAN NH3 BATANG PISANG (Musa paradisiaca Val.) PRODUK FERMENTASI ANAEROB DENGAN SUPLEMENTASI SUMBER NITROGEN,
SULFUR, DAN FOSFOR SEBAGAI PAKAN TERNAK

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan di Saung Hanjuang Desa Cijeruk Kecamatan Pamulihan, Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi suplementasi sumber nitrogen, sulfur, dan fosfor pada proses fermentasi anaerob batang pisang terhadap kandungan Protein Kasar dan NH3. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan
metode eksperimental. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan yaitu P1= 2,00% nitrogen + 0,20% sulfur + 0,20% fosfor, P2= 2,00% nitrogen + 0,30% sulfur + 0,20% fosfor, P3= 2,00% nitrogen + 0,40% sulfur + 0,20% fosfor, P4= nitrogen 3,00% + 0,20% sulfur + 0,25 fosfor, P5= nitrogen 3,00% + 0,30% sulfur + 0,25% fosfor, dan P6= nitrogen 3,00% + 0,40% sulfur + 0,25% fosfor, diulang sebanyak empat kali. Peubah yang diamati adalah kandungan Protein Kasar dan NH3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
kombinasi suplementasi nitrogen 3,00% + sulfur 0,40% + fosfor 0,25% memberikan pengaruh terhadap kenaikan kandungan Protein Kasar paling tinggi, dan kombinasi suplementasi nitrogen 2,00% + sulfur 0,20% + fosfor 0,20% memberikan pengaruh penurunan kandungan NH3 paling rendah.

ABSTRACT
This research has been carried out for 3 months at Saung Hanjuang in Cijeruk-Pamulihan-Sumedang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supplementation with a combination of sources of nitrogen, sulfur, and phosphorus in anaerobic fermentation process of banana stem on the content of crude protein and NH3. This research was conducted using
experimental methods. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with six treatments : P1 = 2,00% nitrogen + 0,20% sulfur + 0,20% phosphor ; P2 = 2,00% nitrogen + 0,30% sulfur + 0,20% phosphor ; P3 = 2,00% nitrogen + 0,40% sulfur + 0,20% phosphor ; P4 = nitrogen 3,00% + 0,20% sulfur + 0,25 phosphor ; P5 = nitrogen 3,00% + 0,30% sulfur + 0,25% phosphor, dan P6= nitrogen 3,00% + 0,40% sulfur + 0,25% phosphor, with four times replication. The measured variables were crude protein and NH3. The results showed that the combination of
nitrogen supplementation sulfur 3.00% + 0.40% + 0.25% phosphor to give effect to increase higher in crude protein content. The combination of nitrogen supplementation sulfur 2.00% + 0.20% + phosphor 0 , 20% give the effect of decrease lower in NH3 content.
