ABSTRAK

Skripsi ini membahas permasalahan model pembelajaran bahasa sunda yang dapat meningkatkan rasa ketertarikan siswa. Utamanya berkaitan dengan

pengembangana model pembelajaran e-learning sebagai upaya meneruskan proses

pembelajaran untuk menghindari ketidakefektifan jam pelajaran. Peneliti

kemudian menyusun, mengembangkan serta mem-validasi perangkat

pembelajaran model e-learning berjenis web centric course. Perangkat

pembelajaran yang disusun berupa bahan, alat dan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan petunjuk dan pedoman pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini juga dijelaskan mengenai praktik pengajaran dan cara menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah disusun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan

adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik kuisioner (angket) –

expert judgement, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun alasan digunakannya teknik

expert judgement adalah untuk memberikan penilaian/validasi (tingkat

tinggi/sedang/rendah) terhadap perangkat pembelajaran dan website. Dari hasil

expert judgement yang dilakukan praktisi pendidikan, menunjukan hasil validasi sedang. Dimana dapat disimpulkan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah disusun dalam penelitian dalam tataran valid untuk diterapkan langsung terhadap objek pendidikan. Penerapan dapat dilakukan, dengan catatan diperlukan beberapa perbaikan pada perangkat pembelajaran agar pembelajaran bisa dilaksanakan lebih baik.

ABSTRACT

This research was taking problem of a learning model which can stimulated students interest. The main focus is about developing a learning devices, as an effort to continuing the learning process to avoid ineffectiveness of the learning process it self at school. Researchers then constructed, develope and validate the learning devices of e-learning model with a web centric course kind. The learning devices which was constructed were material, media, and learning tools which are developed in accordance with the guidelines and instructions. In this research was also described about the practical and the guidelines of how to use this learning devices that researchers was constructed. The research method

that was used is description-qualitative with quitionary – expert judgement

technique and documents study technique. As for the reason for the use of the expert judgement technique, is for providing values/validation (high/medium/low) for learning devices and website. From the result of expert judgement which is done by education practitioners, showings a medium result of validation. Which is can be concluded, that the learning devices which was constructed is in a valid condition for applied directly to the object of education. The applied it self can be done with the record, that the learning devices are require some repair, so the learning process goes well.
