The Government of Republic of Indonesia is about to sign a Loan with the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments of Infrastructure Development of Space Oceanography (INDESO) Project.
Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for INDESO Project that consists of: INDESO Management, INDESO Infrastructure Development, INDESO Operations, INDESO Capacity Building, INDESO Downstream Ap-plication Development, INDESO Building. The project period is 48 (fourty eight) months.
Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) guidelines, and it is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain a further information form and inspect the Bidding Docu-ments at the address given below from May, 3rd, 2012 to June, 25th, 2012 at 9.00 AM to 2.00
PM local time.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June, 26th, 2012 at 10.30 AM local time.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of USD 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand US dollars) and delivered to the address below by 10.30 PM local time on June, 26th, 2012. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidder’s representative, who chooses to attend, at the address below. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted; also late bids will be rejected. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90(ninety) calendar days after bid opening. Address:
