Abstract - The increased economic growth in East Java which is directly

proportional to the growing number of business units on a variety of industry groups which one of them in the textile industry, result in the Increase the number of business engaged in the field of textile, as the example is garment business. Garment industry became one of the industry has strategic role for not only its contribution to foreign exchange earnings but also in absorption of labor. Therefore, UD. Anugerah as one business entity engaged in the business of garment which is a distributor of both local and imported clothing is required in order to have the preparation proper control. The problem in UD. Anugerah is often Stock buildup dark color colbus oblong t-shirt size M that causes the high cost of inventories. This research was meant to find out control inventory proper that can solve the problem. Inventory control system that will be applied for dark color colbus oblong t-shirt size M is Whitin Algorithm method. Wagner-Whitin Algorithm method is a dynamic programming approach to determine minimum fee policy and obtain the optimum solution to the problem of the size of the latest dynamic deterministic. This method uses the 3 steps, that is calculate the total cost of preparations for all possible reservations, the possibility of defining the lowest cost, and the last is the optimum solution to describe quantity reserving. After done calculations by using the Wagner-Whitin Algorithm method, next , we will do analysis that compare the result between the Wagner-Whitin Algorithm method and the company policy. The result obtained is with using Wagner-Whitin Algorithm method, UD. Anugerah can be minimised inventory costs.
