1 I.
PENDAHULUAN
Radio Mersi 93,9 FM berdiri sejak tahun 1971 di Bandung tepatnya tanggal 13 Maret 1971 dengan nama PT.Merzy, kemudia pada tahun 1985 berganti menjadi PT.Radio Swara Mersidiona sesuai dengan surat keputusan menteri kehakiman No. C2-7471ht01.01th85 tanggal 27 Nopember 1985. Dengan berlamatkan di Jl.Hos Cokroaminoto No.37 Larangan Utara, Larangan, Kota Tangerang, Banten sejak tanggal 12 Juni 1998 hingga kini. Berikut adalah lokasi Radio Mersi 93,9 FM yang sangat mudah untuk diakses.

Sebagai salah satu radio yang terpercaya dan konsisten, Radio Mersipun mempunya komunitas para pecinta radio dangdut yang menamakan diri mereka, Mersi Fans Club (MFC) dan memiliki motto “Kekompakan merupakan simbul keutuhan bersaudara, tidak pandang Ras, Warna, Asal,Agama menjadi satu saudara”. Komunitas Fans Club Radio Mersi 93.9 FM dibangun sebagai sarana

interaksi antar anggota, dan dibentuk dengan berbagai dimensi kebutuhan fungsional. Berbagai kegiatan pun telah dilaksanakan baik kegiatan, baik kegiatan intern dalam komunitas ataupun kegiatan yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat luas.

Peningkatan dan penambahan pengetahuan diri pastinya sangat diperlukan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Penguasaan bahasa asing, bahasa Inggris, sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia, pun tidak terkecuali dengan komunitas Mersi Fans Club. Setelah kami melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat semester lalu, pihak MFC meminta kembali kepada tim kami untuk berkesinambungan melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat di MFC dan bersedia menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan tersebut di semester ini.
Oleh karena itu, kami Dosen dan Mahasiswa dari Program Sastra Inggris kampus Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika memberikan materi pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul “BE BRAVE TO SPEAK ENGLISH PADA KOMUNITAS MERSI FANS CLUB (MFC)

II. BENTUK KEGIATAN
Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukannya dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan materi Pelatihan Speaking English dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Dan dikarenakan adanya kebijakan PSBB dan himbauan Physical Distancing, maka pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan Zoom Aplikasi. Adapun tenaga pengajar yang terlibat dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dari Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan perincian pelaksanaan sebagai berikut.
III. PELAKSANAAN
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diadakan pada:
