Hubungan Penggunaan Sumber Kekuasaan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Guru Di SMK 45 Lembang

Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Penggunaan Sumber Kekuasaan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Guru di SMK 45 Lembang”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan sumber kekuasaan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMK 45 Lembang. Sumber Kekuasaan yang dimaksud yaitu Rewa rd Power, Coercive Power, Legitima te Power , Expert Power, Referent Power, Connection Power dan Informa tion Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 50 orang guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mea n Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa penggunaan sumber kekuasaan kepala sekolah di SMK 45 Lembang termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,06 dan efektivitas kerja guru termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,09. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan P ea rson P roduct Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,793 yaitu menunjukan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu (9,025) > 1,684) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa variabel X memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel Y sebesar 62,9% dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 10,671 + 0,793 X. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara penggunaan sumber kekuasaan kepala sekolah terhadap efektifitas kerja guru di SMK 45 Lembang.

The tittle of this resea rch is “Correlation a bout the used principa l sources of power with effectiveness teacher work in SMK 45 Lembang”. Generally, the research is aimed at studying the correla tion between principa l sources of power a nd tea chers work in SMK 45 Lembang. The sources of power a re Rewa rd Power, Coercive Power, Legitima te Power, Expert Power, Referent Power, Connection Power a nd Informa tion Power. The method used in this resea rch is a ssocia tive method with qua ntita tive a pproa ch. The da ta collection techniques used in this resea rch wa s a closed questionna ire and spread to 50 tea chers a s a resea rch sa mple. Ba sed on calcula tions using the formula Weight Mean Scored (WMS), a genera l overview of used principa l sources of power in the excellent ca tegory with a score of 4,06 a nd effectiveness of tea cher work in the excellent ca tegory with a score of 4,09. Norma lity test result on the distribution showed tha t va ria bles Xa nd Y a re norma lly distributed, furthermore for da ta a na lysis used sta tistic pa ra metric. Correla tion ana lysis used Pea rson Product Moment, obta ined correla tion coefficient between va ria bles X a nd va riables Y is 0,793 showed tha t two va ria bles ha ve positive a nd strong correla tion. Mea nwhile, significa nt test result using the t-test compa red tha t t (9,025) > t table (1,684) showed tha t the correla tion is significa nt between va ria ble X a nd va riable Y. Furthermore, Coefficient determina tion result is va ria ble X ha ve contribution to va ria ble Y 62,9% a nd the rest influenced by other fa ctors. Regression a na lysis result equa tion is Ŷ= 10,671 + 0,793 X. Conclusion of the study is there strong a nd significa nt correla tion between used principa l sources of power with effectiveness tea cher work in SMK 45 Lemba ng.
