HASIL INTERVIEW PRA SURVEY UNTUK KARYAWAN BAGIAN
PRODUKSI SPINNING PT. APAC INTI CORPORA
Hasil wawancara peneliti dengan 10 karyawan bagian produksi spinning diperoleh
hasil sebagai berikut :
Menurut para karyawan produksi bagian
spinningPT. Apac Inti Corpora yang
bergerak di bidang produksi pengolahan kapas menjadi benang, seringkali mereka
terbesit keinginan untuk keluar dari perusahaan dan pindah ke perusahaan garment
lainnya. Alasan yang menyebabkan mereka ingin keluar dan pindah ke perusahaan
lainnya karena mereka tidak nyaman dengan tempat mereka bekerja, mereka merasa
tempat yang tadinya luas saat ini menjadi sempit karena terdapat banyak karyawan
baru, dan suara mesin produksi yang terdengar jelas walaupun sudah memakai
penutup telinga. Mengenai terdapatnya karyawan baru hampir setiap hari para
karyawan sendiri sebenarnya tidak mengetahuipasti tentang pembukaan lowongan
pekerjaan di PT. Apac inti Corpora, yang mereka tahu hampir setiap hari dan setiap
shift pasti terdapat karyawan baru.
Selain mengenai lingkungan kerja mereka mengeluhkan tentang keadilan yang
mereka dapatkan. Karyawan merasa setelah pergantian General Manager dari satu
menjadi tiga General Manager terjadi beberapa perubahan seperti upah yang
didapatkan para karyawan, aduan yang mereka utarakan tidak dapat tersalurkan
seperti dahulu, seringkali terjadi keterlambatan pembagian gaji. Pada saat
kepemimpinan satu General Manager upah yang didapatkan dibedakan antara
karyawan lama dan karyawan baru, sedangkan pada saat kepemimpinan tiga General
Manager upah yang didapatkan karyawan lama maupun karyawan baru di
samaratakan. Kebijakan tersebut memang baik bagi perusahaan, namun bagi
