Abstract
The researcher conducted a study to find out fifth grade students perception in learning vocabulary using children video song clips. The participants of the study were fifth grade students in a public school; nine students were male and nine students were female. Individual interviews were set to draw the fifth graders perception toward the use of children video song clips. Qualitative analyses were also conducted to explore the findings in detail. The result showed that the video song clips were aids in understanding meaning, improves the learners memory, helps the learners with pronunciation, and motivates the learners. However, the finding also revealed their difficulties in learning vocabulary using children video song clips.
