Dengan memanjatkan puji dan syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa saya menyambut terbitnya buku “Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh Dalam Angka Tahun 2017”.

Terbitnya buku yang menyajikan hasil-hasil pelaksanaan pembangunan secara kuantitatif (dalam bentuk data/informasi statistik) di Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh selama tahun 2016 ini, sangat dirasakan manfaatnya. Melalui publikasi ini akan diperoleh informasi lengkap tentang perkembangan dan hasil kegiatan pembangunan yang telah dilaksanakan, serta sebagai dasar dalam melakukan evaluasi dan menentukan kebijakan/perencanaan pembangunan daerah.

With a highly grateful to the almighty God, I warmly welcome to the publication of “Sungai Pinyuh District in Figures 2017”.

The publication of this book ,which is provided with certain information about a result of development activities in quantitative figure or in form of data, at Sungai Pinyuh District during 2016 period is very useful. Through this publication, the information on the growth and development activities that had been done can be achieved, and to be used as an input to evaluate the outcome of development activities and to direct in deciding regional development planning policy.

The publication of Sungai Pinyuh District in Figures is expected continuously can be making progress development followed on a regular basis.

KATA PENGANTAR

Dengan mengucapkan puji syukur Alhamdulillah, akhirnya kami dapat menerbitkan buku Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh Dalam Angka Tahun 2017.

Publikasi ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh secara umum yang meliputi keadaan geografi, pemerintahan, penduduk, sosial, pertanian, industri, harga, hotel, pendapatan regional dan perbandingan regional.

Data yang disajikan dalam publikasi ini tidak jauh berbeda dengan penerbitan tahun sebelumnya dan selalu diusahakan kontinuitas data. Dengan menyajikan beberapa tahun teakhir baik data yang dihimpun secara langsung (data primer) maupun data yang dikutip dari adminstrasi Instansi/Dinas/Lembaga Pemerintah maupun swasta (data sekunder). By saying thank God, finally we are able to publish Sungai Pinyuh District in Figures 2017.

This publication is provided to discribe about geography, government administration, population, social, agriculture, industry, prices, hotels, regional income and regional comparision in Sungai Pinyuh District.

Data which is expressed in this publication not much different from the last and it always makes continuous data. with some year ago. from primary data or secondary data. Therefore participation is needed from the relevant Government and private institution to make data/information in every section.

Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh Dalam Angka, 2017 3

1.1. Letak Wilayah

Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh adalah salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Mempawah terletak diantara 0°11' Lintang Utara dan 0°25' Lintang Utara serta 108°58' Bujur Timur dan 109°13' Bujur Timur.

Secara administratif, batas wilayah Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh adalah:

- Utara : Kec. Anjongan

Luas Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh adalah 121,12 km2 atau sekitar 9,49 persen dari luas wilayah Kabupaten Mempawah.

Daerah Pemerintahan Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh pada tahun 2015 terdiri dari 8 desa, 1 Kelurahan dan 30 Dusun. Desa terluas adalah Desa Sungai Purun Kecil dengan luas 18,87 km2 atau 15,58 persen sedangkan yang terkecil adalah Desa Sungai Rasau dengan luas sebesar 7,22 km2 atau 5,96 persen dari luas wilayah Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh.

1.1. Area Located.

Sungai Pinyuh District is one of regent in Mempawah Regency located between 0°11' North Latitude to 0°25' North Latitude, and from 108°58' to 109°13' East Longitude.

Administratively, regional boundary of Sungai Pinyuh District is :

- North : Anjongan District was 121,12 square per kilometer or about 9,49 percent to total area of Mempawah Sungai Purun Kecil having 18,87 km2 area or 15,58 percent of Sungai Pinyuh District and the smallest district is Sungai Rasau broadly equal to 7,22 km2 area or 5,96 percent of Sungai Pinyuh District.

1.3. Iklim

Curah hujan disuatu tempat antara lain dipengaruhi oleh keadaan iklim,

keadaan orografi dan perputaran/

pertemuan arus udara. Oleh karena itu jumlah curah hujan beragam menurut bulan dan letak stasiun pengamat. Rata-rata curah hujan di Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh pada tahun 2016 berkisar antara 63,0 s/d 322,4 milimeter. Rata-rata curah hujan bulanan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Desember mencapai 322,4 milimeter,

sedangkan rata-rata curah hujan

terendah terjadi pada bulan Juli, 2016 yaitu mencapai 63,0 milimeter.

Pada tahun 2016, jumlah hari hujan di Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh berkisar antara 35 s/d 26 hari hujan. Jumlah hari hujan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Januari mencapai 26 hari hujan dan jumlah hari hujan terendah terjadi pada bulan Juli yang mencapai 5 hari hujan.

1.3. Climate

Rainfall in the area is influenced by climate, orography, and cycling of air flow. Therefore, the volume of rainfall varied greatly by month and place of observation station. The average rainfall in 2015 ranged from 16,0 to 399,8 mm. The highest average monthly rainfall was recorded on November was 399,8 milimeter, while the lowest average rainfall was recorded on September 2015, that’s only 16,0 milimeter.

In 2015, the total rainday in Sungai Pinyuh District ranged from 3 to 26 raindays. The highest rainday happened in January were 26 rainday and the lowest became on September equal to 3 rainday.

Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh Dalam Angka 2017 13

2.1. Kepala Daerah

Sejak awal berdirinya Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh tahun 1957 sampai sekarang, sudah ada 12 Camat yang menjabat sebagai Camat Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh. Camat Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh yang pertama dijabat oleh Abdul Hamid E. Umar dari tahun 1957 sampai dengan 1963.

Kemudian pada tahun 1963-1973 Camat Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh dijabat oleh Abdul Madjid Rani. Gusti Amiruddin Hamid menjadi Camat Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh ketiga dan menjabat pada tahun 1973 – 1980 dilanjutkan oleh Drs. Uray Rukiyat pada tahun 1980-1985.

Selanjutnya pada tahun 1985 sd 1989, Camat Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh dijabat oleh Drs. Mochtar Pawi. Periode berikutnya tahun 1989 sampai 1999, Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh dipimpin oleh Drs. H. Abang Rasmansyah. Berikutnya camat dijabat oleh Drs. H. Suhardi Sakim (1999-2000), Drs. Fausi Kasim (2000-menjabat sampai sekarang adalah Drs. Rochmat Effendi, MM

2.1. The Head of Administration

Since Sungai Pinyuh District official establish at 1957 until now, there are tweelef regents as the regents of Sungai Pinyuh District. The first regents was Abdul Hamid E. Umar (1957-1963).

During period 1963-1973, the regents was Abdul Madjid Rani. The third was Gusti Amiruddin Hamid (1973-1980) and then Drs. Uray Rukiyat (1980-1985)

And then the regents was Drs. Mochtar Pawi who run his position during eight years(1985-1989). After that, the sixth regents was Drs. H. Abang Rasmansyah has run the administration during two periods (1989-1999) and he has oursuited by Drs. H. Suhardi Sakim (1999-2000) as the seventh. During the periode 2000-2002, the regents was Drs. Fausi Kasim and he has persuited by H. Ibrahim Thahir, SIP (2002-2003). After that, the tenth regents was Gusti Hadriyani, S.Sos (2003-2008). Muhamad Shaleh, S.Sos (2009–2010). Drs. Syamsul Rizal, M.Si (2011-2016) and he has persuited by Drs. Rochmat Effendi,MM Since 2016 until now.

2.2.Pemerintahan Desa

Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh pada tahun 2016 terdiri dari 1 Kelurahan dan 8 Desa yang terbagi menjadi 30 Dusun, 58 RW, dan 193 RT.

2.3. Pegawai Negeri Sipil

Jumlah pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 462 orang yang terdiri dari 10,17 persen golongan II; 40,91 persen golongan III; 49,13 persen golongan IV, dan tidak ada lagi Pegawai untuk golongan I. Jika dilihat dari jenis kelamin, 53,46 persen dari pegawai tersebut berjenis kelamin perempuan dan sisanya sekitar 46,75 persen berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan sex ratio sebesar 0,87. Artinya bahwa untuk setiap 100 jiwa ppegawai negeri sipil perempuan terdapat antara 87 jiwa pegawai negeri sipil laki-laki.

2.2. Governance of Countryside

Sungai Pinyuh District in 2016 consisting of 1 Ward and 8 Villages divided Villages/Ward to become 30 hamlets, 58 RW and 193 RT.

2.3. Civil Servant’s.

Number of public servant of Sungai Pinyuh District in 2016 counted 462 people, consist 10,17 percent of level II; 40,91 percent of level III, and 49,13 percent of level of IV. If seen from type of sex, 52,22 percent of the officer of female people and 46,75 percent of the officer of male people with sex ratio 0,87. That’s mean, the number of every 100 females officer there is 87 males officer.

BAB 3. PENDUDUK DAN ANGKATAN KERJA

3.1. Penduduk

Berdasarkan Hasil Proyeksi

penduduk 2015, penduduk Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh berjumlah sekitar 50,90 ribu jiwa dengan kepadatan penduduk sekitar 420 jiwa per kilometer persegi atau 1.697 jiwa per dusun.

Penyebaran penduduk di

Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh tidak merata antar desa/kelurahan yang satu dengan

desa/kelurahan lainnya. Kelurahan

Sungai Pinyuh merupakan desa/

kelurahan dengan tingkat kepadatan penduduk tertinggi yaitu 1.044 jiwa/km2. Sebaliknya, desa Sungai Batang dengan luas sekitar 8,37 persen dari total wilayah Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh hanya dihuni 224 jiwa/km2.

3.2. Angkatan Kerja

Pertumbuhan tenaga kerja yang kurang diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan lapangan kerja akan menyebabkan tingkat kesempatan kerja cenderung

menurun. Meski demikian jumlah

penduduk yang bekerja tidak selalu menggambarkan jumlah kesempatan kerja yang ada. Hal ini dikarenakan sering terjadinya mismatch dalam pasar kerja.

3.1. Population

The total population of Sungai Pinyuh District in 2015 based on projection was 50,90 thousand persons with population density around 420 persons per square kilometer or 1.697 persons per countryside.

The distribution of population in Sungai Pinyuh District not flatten between district which another. Village of Sungai Pinyuh represent district with highest density that is 1.044 per square kilometer. In contrast, the most spacious village was Sungai Batang with an area of approximately 8,37 percent of the total area inhabited only Sungai Pinyuh District only 224 jiwa/km2.

3.2. Labor Force

The growth of labor force that exceeded the growth of working opportunities will lower employment opportunity rate. However, the number of working population does not always reflected the number of employment opportunities due to mismatch in the labor market.

Tenaga kerja adalah modal bagi geraknya roda pembangunan. Jumlah dan komposisi tenaga kerja akan terus mengalami perubahan seiring dengan berlangsungnya proses demografi. Pada tahun 2015, di Kecamatan Sungai Pinyuh terdapat 36,09 ribu penduduk usia kerja atau 70,91 persen dari total penduduk.

Manpower is one capital in the development dynamics. Total number and the composition of manpower will change parallel with demographic process. In 2015 the total number of the manpower in Sungai Pinyuh District accounted for 36,09 thousand or 70,91 percent of the total population.
