SUMMARY

Natasha Yuwaning Puspitarini, D1413049, Komunikasi Terapan DIII Penyiaran, PROSES KERJA TIM KREATIF HITAM PUTIH TRANS7, 2016.

In the end semester of Diploma III student has to conduct Kuliah Kerja Media (KKM) in order to apply the knowledge that has been learned, especially in the field of broadcasting. Therefore, the writer chose to conduct Kuliah Kerja Media (KKM) for 2 months 4 days in Trans7. The writer chose to implement Kuliah Kerja Media (KKM) in Trans7 since it is a national private television station that has been broadcasting for 16 years and presents programs that qualified. On the implementation of KKM, the writer is placed in the Division of Program and has responsibilities as Creative Team for Hitam Putih program. In this report the writer will explain what the definition of broadcasting. Also, about the broadcasting history and the characteristics of broadcast media. After discussing thoroughly about broadcasting, it will be continued with the discussion of television, the development of television in Indonesia, the function of television, the advantages and disadvantages of television and also a discussion of television programs. In the discussion of focus of interest, the writer will explain the work process of the creative team in preparing Hitam Putih program, starting from the pre-production, production and post-production. Moreover, the writer will also give some explanations of words commonly used in the creative field.

The writer was implementing internship for 2 months 4 days, commencing from the date of February 24, 2016 to 28 April 2016 in Trans7 on the Division of Program and has a role as a creative team for Hitam Putih program. On the implementation of internship, the writer has participated in pre-production process that determined the ideas and conduct research, and also looking for support materials for shooting activities such as VT (video tape) and rundown. Then, in the production

process for the production either live or tapping, the writer’s task was start from

helping to prepare the supporting materials shooting through help production operations support which is dividing HT (Handie Talkie) and rundown for the crew which are on duty. Moreover, in post-production activities, the writer was participating in the editing process for tapping material.

At the conclusion, the writer concludes how the writer’s tasks as a Creative Team in assisting the production of Hitam Putih talk show program started from the pre production, production and post-production. The writer also gives some suggestions for Trans7 as the internship agencies, Hitam Putih program and also for campus party Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.
