a. bahwa untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan Program Insentif dan
Program Bantuan Publikasi Hasil Sanggah Tahap I Tahun
2021 pada Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada
Masyarakat Universitas Syiah Kuala, maka perlu ditunjuk
Penerima untuk itu;
b. bahwa untuk keperluan dimaksud, perlu ditetapkan dengan
Keputusan Rektor;
1. Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2003 tentang Keuangan
Negara;
2. Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan
Tinggi;
3. Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 2020 tentang Anggaran

HASIL SANGGAH TAHAP I TAHUN 2021 PADA LEMBAGA
PENELITIAN

PENGABDLAN

MASYARAKAT
UNIVERSITAS SYIAH KUALA.
KESATU
:
Menunjuk Saudara-saudara yang namanya tercantum dalam
daftar lampiran I, lampiran II, lampiran III, lampiran IV,
lampiran V, dan lampiran VI keputusan ini sebagai Penerima
Program Insentif dan Program Bantuan Publikasi Hasil Sanggah
Tahap I Tahun 2021 pada Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian
Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Syiah Kuala.
KEDUA
Segala biaya yang diakibatkan oleh keluamya Keputusan
ini dibebankan pada dana PNBP Lembaga Penelitian dan
Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam DIPA BLU Universitas
Syiah Kuala Tahun 2021 yang sesuai dengan Peraturan
Keuangan.
