For the first time,
Indonesia
will participate to the French competition
« Ma Thèse en 180 s »
(My Thesis in 180s).
RISTEKDIKTI, French Embassy and space agencies LAPAN and CNES
are proud to promote young researchers and French-Indonesian
research cooperation through this event.
Intended for
French speaking young doctors and Ph.D
, MT180
proposes to each entrant to present
in French
her/his research
project in three minutes, as being understandable and lively for an
uninitiated and diversified audience.

To distinguish young
French speaking doctors

successfully defended their Ph.D
after
August 2014
and
Ph.D students
being registered
during the year
2015-2016
in a doctoral program.
Local, national and then International contest where
students perform a
3 minutes talk in French
with or
without presentation support to summarize 3 years
of work to make it
understandable to anyone.
Local competition in Indonesia wil take place on
29
April 2016.
Winners will access to national
competition on
03 June 2016.
Finally, The
Nation-al Champion will participate to InternationNation-al
competition in Morocco on
28 September 2016.

A310 ZERO-G Airbus
:
an unforgettable travel from Bordeaux* (France) to Space!
Piloting with precision a plane on a parabolic trajectory allows to create weightlessness aboard this plane.
An aircraft has been specially fitted out in this purpose by Noves-pace: the A310 ZERO-G. It is used to drive experiments and trainings in weightlessness, for the scientific and spatial community.
Parabolic flights are carried out on board an Airbus A310 for the Air Zero G flights, which follows a flight profile which alternates between ascent and descent manoeuvres, divided into phases. These manoeuvres, called parabolas, each allow for up to 22 seconds of weightlessness. During each of these periods, the objects and persons on board do not experience gravity any longer, and can float freely in the aircraft cabin.

About Airbus A310 ZERO-G
The A310 ZERO-G Airbus is the new aircraft operated by Novespace for scientific programmes involving parabolic flights. During Summer 2014, this A310 ZERO-G has realized successfully a qualification test flight series, prior to its specific parabolic flight transformation, during Fall 2014. First ZERO-G scientific and discovery flights are planned from April, 2015.A310 ZERO-G is currently the largest aircraft in the world in terms of capacity to conduct experiments, allowing the scientific community to have access to conditions of weightlessness. It can accommodate 40 participants on board, and provides a specially adapted space of more than 200 m3, dedicated to gaining experience and practicing movements under weightless conditions. This space, known as the “free floating area”, is entirely padded, fitted with handrails and vertical straps, allowing for movement around the area in complete safety.
