Kompetensi Dasar : B.4. Menceritakan pekerjaaan di masa lalu dan rencana kerja yang akan datang.

Indikator :

 Menyampaikan ungkapan dan bentuk kata kerja yang benar digunakan untuk menceritakan peristiwa yang terjadi pada masa lalu.

I. Tujuan Pemelajaran :

Setelah pemelajaran, siswa diharapkan dapat :

 Menyimak dengan seksama tentang berbagai peristiwa penting sehari-hari yang pernah terjadi.

 Melakukan dialog, mengungkapkan dan merespon ungkapan tentang peristiwa masa lalu yang pernah terjadi.

 Membaca paragraf, teks yang berisi peristiwa sehari-hari yang telah terjadi, menerjemahkannya, menjawab pertanyaaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan isi bacaan tersebut.  Menyusun dan atau melengkapi dialog yang berisi tentang

berbagai peristiwa yang telah terjadi, menerapkan tata bahasa

Past Tense, Past Continuous Tense, dan Past Perfect Tense.

II. Ringkasan Materi Ajar :

 Grammar :

1. Past Simple :

“ The meeting lasted for two hours “.

2. Past Continuous : “ The manager was giving his morning briefing when you called “.

3. Past Perfect : “The repair work had finished before you arrived.”

4. Adverbs of time : Single words : Yesterday.

Phrases : Two days ago, at the last board meeting, etc. Clauses : When you phoned me, while she was reading a

book.

 Presentasi ( mencatat siswa yang tidak hadir dan alasan/penyebabnya ).

 Apersepsi dan motivasi : membuka proses berfikir dan menyampaikan materi yang akan disajikan dan memotivasi siswa.

 Memberitahukan tujuan pemelajaran hari ini.

VI. Penilaian.

a. Praktek : Memperagakan dialog secara berpasangan.

Situation : Two people are talking about each other, and asking about his/her past events.

For example :

A : I called you yesterday, but you weren’t at home. B : That’s right. I wasn’t, I was at the movies.

A : Oh…What movies did you see ?

B : I saw “ WALKING WITH DINAUSAURUS”. Have you seen it ? A : No, I haven’t. Did you enjoy it ?

B : Yes, I did. It was excellent.

b. Latihan.

Melengkapi dialog seperti contoh. A : When did the workers arrive ? B : The workers arrived an hour ago.

B : He worked in a sugar factory. 2. A : When….?

B : They visited the mechanic last week. 3. A : Did…?

B : No, he didn’t wash the car. 4. A : Did….?

I. Tujuan Pemelajaran :

Setelah pemelajaran, siswa diharapkan dapat :

 Menyimak berbagai bentuk ungkapan untuk menceritakan rencana kagiatan di masa depan.

 Mengungkapkan dan merespon ungkapan tentang rencana kegiatan di masa depan.

 Membaca paragraf, teks yang berisi rencana yang akan datang, menerjemahkannya, menjawab pertanyaaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan isi bacaan tersebut.

 Menyusun dan atau melengkapi dialog yang berisi tentang berbagai rencana yang akan datang.

a. Praktek : Memperagakan dialog secara berpasangan.

Situation : Two people are talking about each other, and asking about his/her future events.

For example :

A : What are you going to do on your next day off ?

B : I’m not sure. I’ll probably clean my apartement. How about you?

A : I don’t know. I might go to a museum, or maybe I’ll visit my parents. I’m not sure yet.

B : Well, whatever you decide to do. I hope you enjoy yourself. A : Thanks. You, too.

b. Latihan.

Melengkapi dialog dengan WILL or BE GOING TO. Andi : So, you 1….(buy) a new car.

Budi : Yes, my uncle left me some money in his will. Andi : What kind of car 2…..you….( buy ) ?
