1. Please list scholarships and grants you have been awarded in the past and those you will be receiving while studying at IFA Paris. Name the awarding institution, specify whether the financial help provided was need/merit/need and merit based, and list the yearly amount of each scholarship and grant received or to be received.

2. Include a brief (maximum two pages) covering letter explaining your reasons for applying for the scholarship, stating why you feel IFA Paris should award you a scholarship. Explain why you chose the above this program and how it will help you achieve your goals.

3. Include your/parent’s/sponsor last tax declaration
