Abstrak
Respon Peserta Luar Hubungan Kerja Terhadap Pelayanan BPJS KetenagakerjaanKantor Cabang Medan
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan hadir untuk melindungi dan menjembatani kesejahteraan pekerja di seluruh Indonesia. Selama ini perlindungan yang diberikan hanya kepada mereka yang bekerja disektor formal namun untuk mereka pekerja disektor informal dikesampingkan, padahal bisa dibilang pekerja disektor informal merupakan penyumbang terbesar dibidang perekonomian. Melihat Hal Tersebut BPJS Ketenagakerjaan melaksanakan Program Jaminan Sosial Bagi Tenaga Kerja Luar Hubungan Kerja, dalam rangka untuk melindungi seluruh pekerja di Indonesia, program ini dijalankan diseluruh kantor cabang BPJS Ketenagakerjaan salah satunya adalah BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon peserta program luar hubungan kerja terhadap pelayanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Medan.
Tipe penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan menggambarkan bagaimana respon peserta program luar hubungan kerja terhadap pelayanan bpjs ketenagakerjaan kantor cabang medan. Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 23 orang peserta program luar hubungan kerja di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Medan. Sementara itu teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini disajikan melalui tabel tunggal dan dijelaskan secara kuantitatif menggunaka skala likert. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh melalui analisis data bahwa respon peserta program luar hubungan kerja terhadap pelayanan bpjs ketenagakerjaan kantor cabang medan adalah positif.
Hasil perhitungan dikatakan positif dilihat dari beberapa pengukuran yang telah dilakukan yaitu dari hasil persepsi 0,38, sikap 0,86, partisipasi 0,44 dan hasil keseluruhan antara persepsi, sikap dan partisipasi diperoleh skor 0,56.

This type of research is classified as descriptive research aims to describe how the program participants' foreign employment of labor BPJS service medan branch offices. The samples of this study were 23 participants in the program informal sector employment BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Branch Office. While the techniques of data analysis in this study are presented through a single table and described quantitatively using Likert scale. The conclusion obtained through analysis of the data that response program participants employment informal sector of BPJS service medan branch offices is a positive.
The calculation resultis said to bepositive viewsofsome of themeasurementsthat have beendone ofthe results ofthe perception of0.38, 0.86attitude, participation0.44and the overall resultsbetween theperceptions, attitudesandparticipationobtaineda scoreof 0.56.
