1 DECREE
MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER : 476/MPP/Kep/8/2004
REGARDING
STIPULATION OF STANDARD PRICE OF NATURAL PLANT AND WILDLIFE ANIMAL UNPROTECTED BY LAW
MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Considering:
a. that in the framework of implementing provision of Article 3 Government Regulation Number 59 Year 1998 regarding Tariff on Non-tax State Revenue applied in Ministry of Forestry and Plantation, as amended with Government Regulation Number 74 Year 1999, it is deemed necessary to stipulate Standard Price of Natural Plant and Wildlife Animal Unprotected by Law;
b. Therefore it is deemed neccessary to issue Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade.
In View Of:
1. Law Number 20 Year 1997 regarding Non-tax State Revenue (State Gazette Year 1997 Number 43, State Gazette Number 3687);
2. Government Regulation Number 59 Year 1998 regarding Tariff on Non-Tax State Revenue applied at Ministry of Forestry and Plantation (State Gazette Year 1998 Number 94, Additional to State Gazette Number 3767), as amended with Government Regulation Number 74 Year 1999 (State Gazette Year 1999 Number 137);
3. Presidential Decree of ROI Number 260 Year 1967 regarding Confirmation on Task and Responsiblity of Minister of Trade and Foreign Trade Issue;
4. Presidential Decree of ROI Number 228/M Year 2001 regarding Formation of the Gotong Royong Cabinet; 5. Presidential Decree of ROI Number 102 Year 2001 regarding Function, Task, Function, Authority,
Structure of Organization and Ministry Working Procedure;
6. Presidential Decree of ROI Number 109 Year 2001 regarding Organization Unit and Task of Echelon I Ministry;
7. Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 558/MPP/Kep/SK/12/1998 regarding General Provision of Export as severally and lastly amended with Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 385/MPP/Kep/6/2004;
8. Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 regarding Organization and Working Procedure of Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In Regard Of:
Agreement reached at inter-deparment meeting, together with relevant agency and association held on March 30, 2004 regarding Stipulation of Standard Price of Natural Plants and Wildlife Animal Unprotected by Law.
D E C I D E: Stipulate :
DECREE OF MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE REGARDING STIPULATION OF STANDARD PRICE OF NATURAL PLANT AND WILDLIFE ANIMAL UNPROTECTED BY LAW.
Article 1
2 (2) The amount of Standard of Price referred to in paragraph (1) shall be based on market price constituting
weighted average selling price of forest product applicable in domestic and overseas market.
Article 2
(1) The amount of Standard of Price referred to in paragraph (2) is as set out in Appendix of this Decree.
(2) Standard of Price referred to in paragraph (1) shall be effective for 6 (six) months since the date of the stipulation of thisis Decree.
(3) In the event that the term of Standard Price referred to in paragraph (2) is expired and the New Standard of Price has not been specified, Standard Price referred to in paragraph (1) shall apply until the New Standard Price is stipulated.
Article 3
This decree shall be effective on the date of stipulation.
To the extent of anybody be aware of it, This decree shall be ordered to be registered in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
