MHD. ADANAN PURBA, 2016 : Pemanfaatan Sluri Gas Bio Dengan Input Feses Kambing Dan Biji Durian Terhadap Kualitas Nutrisi Pastura Campuran. Dibimbing oleh NURZAINAH GINTING dan HAMDAN.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian sluri gas bio dengan input feses kambing dan biji durian terhadap kualitas nutrisi pastura campuran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara dimulai dari bulan Maret sampai dengan Agustus 2016. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Petak Terbagi Spilt Plot Design. Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor I jenis pastura campuran (RL), yaitu RL 1 Digitaria milianjana dan Stylosanthes guayenensis RL 2 Digitaria milianjana dan Clitoria ternatea. Faktor ke II dosis pupuk sluri gas bio dengan input feses kambing dan biji durian. P0 = tanpa pupuk, P1 = dosis 20 ton/ha/thn, P2 = dosis 30 ton/ha/thn, P3 = dosis 40 ton/ha/thn. Peubah yang diamati adalah kandungan protein kasar, serat kasar, dan lemak kasar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis pastura campuran memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kandungan protein kasar, serat kasar, dan lemak kasar. Pemberian sluri gas bio dengan berbagai dosis memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan protein kasar, serat kasar, dan lemak kasar. Pemberian sluri gas bio dapat meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi kandungan protein kasar, serat kasar, dan lemak kasar pastura campuran. Pemberian dosis 40 ton/ha/thn memberikan hasil kualitas nutrisi pastura campuran paling baik.

MHD ADANAN PURBA, 2016: Utilization of Bio-gas Slurry With Goat Faeces Input and Durian Seeds Against Nutritional Quality of Pasture Mixture. Supervised by NURZAINAH GINTING and HAMDAN.
This study aims to look at the effect of bio-gas slurry with goat faeces input and durian seeds against nutritional quality of pasture mix. The research was carried out in field trials of Animal Science Studies Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra from March to August 2016. The design used in this research is the design of plots Divided Spilt Plot Design. The treatment consists of two factors and three replications. Factor I kind of pasture mixture (RL), namely RL 1 Digitaria milianjana + Stylosanthes guayenensis and RL 2 Digitaria milianjana + Clitoria ternatea. Factor II dose of bio-gas slurry fertilizer with goat feces input and durian seeds. P0 = without fertilizer, P1 = dose of 20 tonnes / ha / yr, P2 = dose of 30 tonnes / ha / yr, P3 = dosage of 40 tonnes / ha / yr. The parameters measured were crude protein, crude fiber, and crude fat.
The results showed that the type of pasture mixture gives significant effect on crude protein, crude fiber, and crude fat. The provision of bio-gas slurry with various doses give a real influence on the content of crude protein, crude fiber, and crude fat. The provision of bio-gas slurry can improve the nutritional quality of crude protein, crude fiber, and crude fat of pasture mix. Giving a dose of 40 tonnes / ha / yr yields the best nutritional quality of pasture mix.
