PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP RGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN PT
BANK SUMUT CABANG UTAMA MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepribadian terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepribadian secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. Hasil koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 46% variabel organizational citizenship behavior dapat dijelaskan oleh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepribadian, sedangkan sisanya 54% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE,
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE, AND PERSONALITY
TOWARDS ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR AT PT BANK
SUMUT CABANG UTAMA MEDAN
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and personality towards organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. The population in this study were all employee at PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. The sample in this researchis 96 respondent, using Simple Random Sampling method. Data analysis method that used in this researchis quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The result shows that organizational culture, transformational leadership style,and personality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence towards organizational citizenship behavior at PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. Results determinant coefficient Adjusted R Square is 46% increase in employee performace can be explained by the variable of job description, employee placement, and discipline, while the remaining 54% can be explained by another variable which are not examined in this study.
