ABSTRAK
Pajar Putri Primadini, 210303090016, 2014, “ Proses Kerja Account Executive Dalam Pembuatan ‘Aeroinfo’ In House Magazine PT. Aero Wisata di PT. ReneAsia Publika Jakarta”, dibawah bimbingan Dr. H. Iriana Bakti, M.Si. Program Diploma III Pendidikan Ahli Komunikasi Terapan (PAKT) SubProgram Studi Periklanan Fakultas Ilmu Komunikiasi Universitas Padjadjaran.
Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perencanaan kerja, pelaksanaan kerja, evaluasi kerja, dan hambatan kerja Account Executive dalam pembuatan ‘Aeroinfo’ In House Magazine.
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan sebagai refensi yang relevan dengan kegiatan penelitian.
Hasil pengamatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Account Executive PT. ReneAsia Publika proses kerjanya secara sistematis meliputi tahapan perencanaan kerja yang diimplementasikan dalam tahapan pelaksanaan kerja. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan atas kinerja Account Executive dalam merampungkan pekerjaannya. Account Executive menemukan beberapa hambatan kerja yang dapat diatasi dengan baik sehingga tidak terlalu mengganggu kelancaran proses kerja.

The purpose of this writing is to illustrate the work planning, implementing, evaluating, and the obstacle of Account Executive in the making ‘Aeroinfo’ in house magazine.
The method that used is descriptive method, with data collecting technique through observation, interview, and literature study as reference that relevant with activity.
The result of observation can be concluded that Account Executive of PT. ReneAsia Publika carry out their work process systematically through work planning step that implemented at work implementation step. The evaluation is done based on the performance of an Account Executive in the completed work. Account Executive of PT. ReneAsia Publika found some work obstacles that can be solved smoothly, so it wouldn’t disturb the job process.
