Luxury Box E-Commerce Website And Simulation With MP2 System

ABSTRACT
Electronic commerce or E-commerce is the media through which people can do the business activities or business process online with the help of internet. In this process buying of goods, selling of products or serve services for business are under one roof means there is no need to go outside for buying any product or selling any product, each and every business transaction can do online through computer. Luxury box is an online shop that was founded in 2020. The researcher observe that there was a lack of online promotions to introduce new potential customers at the online shop and managing product by the owner, therefore the researcher used the MP2 system to build the website. The data collections are observation and Interview. The researcher is focused on convenience and security that can provide smoothness for luxury box customers. The research methodology used is qualitative research. The results of this study are in the form of a website that is supported by WordPress version 6.0.1 technology. The web pages contained in the website are generally divided into 2 (two) parts, the dashboard page that is used by the admin to manage the content that will be displayed on the website, website page that displays the results of content management created by the admin and can be accessed by website visitors.

1. INTRODUCTION
Electronic commerce or E-commerce is the media through which we can do the business activities or business process online with the help of internet. In this process, buying goods, selling products or providing services to businesses are under one ceiling making no need to leave your home or office for buying any product or selling any product, each and every business transaction can do online through computer (Dr. Sandeep Srivastava, 2020). According to Eurotronic Sp (2022), MP2 system is a worldwide recognized, complete software package supporting operation maintenance management in small and medium companies. It deals with both problems related to existing traffic maintenance as well as effective preventative maintenance. MP2 has functional tools supporting asset management offering the availability of an analysis of maintenance history and the breakdown of the expenses incurred for its maintenance.
Luxury box is an online shop that was founded in 2020 in field of branded woman’s fashion such as women's bags, women's clothes, women's sandals and beauty brand. The owner said that the customers were hardly any and not as owner desire. The researcher observe that there was a lack of online promotions to introduce new potential customers at the online shop and managing product by the owner. Therefore the researcher takes this problem to increase the attractiveness of online shop sales through the creation of an e- commerce website.
2. RESEARCH METHOD
The definition of a website according to Sebok, Vermat, and team (2018: 70) is a collection of interconnected pages in which there are several items such as documents and images stored on a web

server. A web app is an application that resides on a web server that users can access via a browser. E- Commerce is a business transaction that occurs through an electronic network. Some people use the term M-commerce or mobile commerce to identify E-Commerce that occurs using mobile devices. E-commerce refers to the use of the internet and other networks, such as internet, to buy, sell, and transport goods and services (Outland, Turban, and team, 2018: 7). MP2 has functional tools supporting asset management offering the availability of an analysis of maintenance history and the breakdown of the expenses incurred for its maintenance.
The system handles management of repairs, maintenances, warehouse stock and supply along with management of any held human resources (Eurotronic Sp, 2022). According to Hannes Hick (2021), Several models exist to streamline the development process Each one has its own pros and cons, and it is up to the development team to adopt the most appropriate one for the project. Sometimes a combination of models may be more effective. In that the researcher benefited from the waterfall model. The Waterfall Model is often cited as an article written by Winston W. Royce in 1970, Royce did propose this popular model referred to as the waterfall model as an initial concept, a model which he argued was flawed.
2.1 Advantages of Waterfall Model
According to Thomas Alexander (2019), the advantages of waterfall model:
1. This model is simple and easy to understand and use.
2. It is easy to manage due to the rigidity of the model – each phase has specific deliverables and a review process.
3. In this model phases are processed and completed one at a time. Phases do not overlap.
4. Waterfall model works well for smaller projects where requirements are very well understood.
2.2 Methodology And Data Collection

The research methodology used is qualitative research.
Qualitative naturalistic approach is observe person in environment, interacting with the audiences, trying to understand the audiences language and interpretation of the world surrounding (Ajat Rukajat, 2018). The waterfall method is a method that describes a systematic and sequential approach (step by step) in software development. The stages with the specification of user requirements then continue through the planning stages, namely planning, modelling, construction, a system and delivery of the system to users, support for the complete software produced (Novitasari 2018). The researcher identified the problem in the data collection.
Some characteristics of qualitative research, among others, it is stated that in qualitative research, the disclosure of meaning is essential, natural setting is used as a direct data source where the researcher himself is a key instrument (Ajat Rukajat, 2018). The following data collection techniques are:
1. Observation: the researcher observed that the problem with luxury box business is that the owner manages everything alone and also the lack of promotions that have made this small business hardly to get the customers setup the day.

Interview: after conducting the observation stage, the researcher conducted the second stage, namely an interview with the owner of the luxury box, explained: The first interview of the researcher explains the benefits of an e-commerce website. researchers suggested to build an e-commerce website for luxury box, the meeting on the second day is to collect detailed system requirements and shared a detailed explanation for the creation of a luxury box e-commerce website to the owner, the third interview meeting is held to analyze the needs of the problems faced.
3. RESULT AND DISCUSSION
The results of this study are in the form of a website that is supported by WordPress version 6.0.1 technology. The web pages contained in the website are generally divided into 2 (two) parts, namely: the

MySQL is a relational database management system (RDBMS) that runs as a server providing multi- user which access to a number of databases and XAMPP, Obtaining and installing XAMPP. System design (Prototype), System Design (Prototype) is a process through which requirements are translated into a representation of software.
2. System requirements (Analysis)
Memory Constraints, minimum memory of 512MB is required to run the exe file without any lags. This constraint does not possess an issue now a days as the minimum present RAM in a common system is 1GB. The following is the system functions: user role On the register form, user should enter all their detail such as their name, numbers, email and contact number. User characteristic; educational level, experience, skills. Data flow diagram functionality such as email notifications are assumed to be sufficiently Data Flow Diagram A DFD also known as “bubble chart”, has the purpose of clarifying system requirements and identifying major transformations. Online Shopping System will save the registration and their details; input, manages the Details of users., output, delivers the details for the specified User.
3. System Design
The purpose of system design is to create technical solutions. Complies with the functional requirements of the system. At this project stage, there should be a functional specification, written primarily in business terminology, containing a complete description of the operational needs of the various. The difficulties are in translating all this information into technical specifications that accurately describe the design of the system and can be used as inputs to build the system.
4. Database Design
The general theme behind a database is to handle information as an integrated whole. A database is a collection of interrelated data stored with minimum redundancy to serve many users quickly and efficiently. The general objective is to make information access easier, quicker and flexible for user. In database design several objectives are considered.
5. System Testing
The testing process centers on the logical stages of the program to ensure that all statements have been tested and on the functional interval to perform tests to detect technical errors and ensure that the specified inputs will lead to actual results consistent with the required results. Software level testing, integrated module level testing and implementation.
Redundant occupies space and therefore, is wasteful. If versions of the data are in different phases of updating the system often gives conflicting information. A unique aspect of database design is storing only once, which controls redundancy and improves system performance.

However, the advantages and disadvantages of the system better in getting the waterfall model explained by taking a brief look at the waterfall diagram

System Design (Prototype) is a process through which requirements are translated into a representation of software. Initially the representation depicts a holistic view of software. Subsequent refinement leads to a design representation that is very close to source code.

4. Conclusion
4.1 Conclusion
The E-commerce as an online shopping system is the next generation address book which will provide these two basic services like portability, security. The future scope includes expand the technologies like HTML and WORDPRESS we can also add new technologies like HTML, WORDPRESS many more for improving the efficiency of the software. The project will be useful for any ecommerce and store with slightly modification. Project is flexible i.e.Any change/modification in the database may be made easily. Also this project could be made mobile enabled. Using E-Commerce, organization can expand Luxury Box small market to national and international markets with minimum capital investment.
4.2 Suggestion
Based on conclusion that have been described above. The researcher has some suggestions that were explains below:
1. Advantages to Organizations
By using e-commerce, an organization can expand its markets to local and international markets with minimal investment. Enterprise can: Easily locate more customers, better suppliers, and suitable business partners around the world, e-commerce helps enterprise reduce the cost of process set-up, distribution, retrieve and manage the paper-based information by digitizing the information, E-commerce improves the brand image of the company, E-commerce helps

organization to provide better customer services, E-Commerce helps to simplify the business processes and make them faster and efficient, E-Commerce reduces paper work a lot.
2. Advantages to Customers
24x7 support. The customer can make transactions for the product or inquire about any product/service offered by the company at anytime, anywhere and from any place. Here 24 x 7 refers to 24 hours out of every seven days of the week, e-commerce application provides the user with more choices and faster product delivery, the e-commerce application provides the user with more options to compare and choose the cheapest and best option, the customer can place a review of comments about a product and can See what others are buying or see review comments for other customers before making a final purchase, e-commerce offers the option of virtual auctions, readily available information. The customer can see the relevant detailed information in a matter of seconds instead of waiting for days or weeks, e-commerce increases competition between enterprises and as a result, enterprises offer huge discounts to customers.
