PETUNJUK PENGISIAN :

1. Kuisioner ini ditunjukan kepada karyawan tetap yang sudah bekerja di perusahaan keluarga.

2. Jawaban yang disampaikan kepada peneliti merupakan suatu perwujudan dari pengaruh good corporate governance (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, fairness) terhadap profitabilitas, sehingga untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang maksimal diharapkan Bapak/Ibu dapat menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar dan jujur.
