Along with the many complaints related to customer billing data using the International Roaming service has dilaunch Capped Data Roaming. Capped data roaming plan is anticipating a bill shock for postpaid customers and to maintain the profitability necessary to make adjustment.

Services Description

Restrictions apply on a daily bill, customers pay according to rates set up with a certain amount. Excess use of a set amount will not be charged.

The following are the statutes of limitation are determined based on the cost of roaming partner operator, as follows:

Here some Tips and Tricks while using data overseas:

1. International Roaming Tarif is more expensive than domestic tarif. So you need to be careful and smart while using your phone for voice, sms or data.

2. If you are using any Smart Phones (BlackBeery, iPhone, Android, etc) while overseas, it is recommended to:

 Removed all unecessary email account(s). Only puch email that is very important for you.

 Not to use any social media ( Facebook, Twitter, Friendster, Ping Chat, Foursquare, Instagram, LinkedIn, YM, Messenger, GTalk, or any other similar applications). Make sure you Log Off all applications.

 Not use any 3rd party application that automatically push updates (BlackBerry Application, Viigo, Drive Safely, ect)

 Do not download attachment from your Smart Phone (BlackBeery, iPhone, Android, etc)

 If you are using BlackBeery, untick or do not use “Recent Update”

 Do not go browsing unless its important

 Do not Streaming and movie, video, or music.

 Do not play games that requires internet access

 Do not access YouTube

 Do not use Smart Phone as a modem

 Connect to WiFi

3. If you do not need access social networking (eg facebook, twitter, myspace, etc.) at the time outside the country, ensure access to social networking in logout position.
