(PTP Transfer) Dear Sir/Madam,

In order to comply with (i) the Rule No. X.K.1 concerning Disclosure of Information That Must be Made Public Immediately, Attachment of Bapepam Chairman’s Decree No.Kep-86/PM/1996 dated 24 January 1996 and (ii) I-E Provision, concerning the Obligation to Submit Information, Attachment of PT Jakarta Stock Exchange Director’s Decree No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 dated July 19, 2004, herewith we inform you that on 15 May 2013 PT XL Axiata Tbk. (“XL”), PT Indosat Tbk. (“Indosat”), and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (“Telkomsel”) collaborated in launching digital innovation E-money Interoperability Service (P2P Transfer) or Cross Operator Electronic Money Remittance Service. By launching this cross operator electronic money transfer service, then 230 million subscribers of all three operator can conduct remittance transaction. Further details about this collaboration are stated in the Press Release and Fact Sheet as attached.

Collaboration of 3 Big Operators Launching Cross

Operator Electronic Money Remittance Services

Jakarta – The three big operators in Indonesia (Telkomsel, XL and Indosat) are collaborating to launch the latest digital innovation E-money Interoperability Service (P2P Transfer) or Cross Operator Electronic Money Transfer Service. This service is launched by President Director of the three operators, which are President Director of Telkomsel Alex J Sinaga, President Director of XL Hasnul Suhaimi and President Director of Indosat Alexander Rusli, and witnessed by Governor of Bank Indonesia Darmin Nasution, Minister Communication and Information Tifatul Sembiring, and Head of Fiscal Policy Bambang Brodjonegoro.

Such collaboration is intended to develop and broaden the electronic money services network in Indonesia by increasing electronic money service acceleration, adding distribution line, increasing SMS traffic, and also by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the three operators in developing electronic money remittance. Other than that, such collaboration also to support Bank Indonesia in developing less cash society program.

By launching this cross operator electronic money transfer service, then 230 million subscribers from all three operators can conduct remittance transaction. For example, TCASH (Telkomsel) customer can conduct remittance to XL Tunai (XL) customer or to Dompetku (Indosat) customer, vice versa.

Benefits of the cross operator electronic money remittance to the cellular subscribers among others, subscribers can easily and able to do financial transaction using cell phone and also indirectly increasing “customer experience” and subscribers loyalty, especially in digital era nowadays.

In this opportunity, Governor of Bank Indonesia Darmin Nasution stated that,”In the future, we hope that other cellular operators and banks will follow this footstep to innovate so that the benefit of such innovation can be tasted by all communities and not just only providing value added to the remittance and banking industries, but also to support economy and financial system stability in Indonesia.”

Cellular operators are welcoming such good support from Bank Indonesia so they will able to accelerate electronic money services in Indonesia.

President Director of Telkomsel Alex J Sinaga stated that,” Advancing technology in digital era is a challenge for Telkomsel. So with the presence of the latest innovation of cross operator electronic money remittance from the collaboration between the three largest operators in Indonesia, we expect the animo and community trust to the electronic money services will increase, and also to make electronic money as one of digital payment solution for daily life. This is also one of strategic step especially for Telkomsel in order to achieve company’s vision as a world class digital solution and digital services provider.”

XL Tunai adalah produk uang elektronik XL yang dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh pelanggan XL pra-bayar dan pasca bayar, dengan layanan-layanan sebagai berikut :

1. Pengiriman Uang :

 Layanan pengiriman uang dalam negeri, bekerja sama dengan Telkomsel T-Cash dan Indosat Dompetku

 Layanan pengiriman uang dari luar negeri, bekerja sama dengan Western Union dan Celcom

2. Pembayaran Tagihan :

 Layanan pembayaran tagihan listrik pra-bayar dan pasca bayar

 Layanan pembelian tiket pesawat Garuda, Lion Air,dan tiket kereta api

 Layanan pembelian pulsa 3. Pembelian di Toko :

 Layanan pembayaran di toko menggunakan telepon genggam

 Mitra : Alfamart, Glosis, 347, Cosmic, dll 4. Pembelian Online :

 Layanan pembayaran di toko online menggunakan telepon genggam

 Mitra : Blibli.com, Disdus.com, Alfaonline, dll

Adapun cara pelanggan XL untuk dapat menikmati layanan pengiriman uang elektronik antar XL Tunai, Telkomsel T-Cash, dan Indosat Dompetku adalah sebagai berikut :

1. Melakukan registrasi gratis XLTunai melalui gerai XLCenter atau agen XL Tunai terdekat dengan membawa kartu pengenal (KTP/SIM/Kartu identitas lainnya)

2. Memiliki saldo XLTunai / melakukan pengisian saldo XLTunai melalui XL Center, agen XL Tunai, mitra (Alfamart), dan ATM terdekat

3. Melakukan langkah2 sbb : 1. mengakses *123*120# 2. masuk menu kirim uang 3. pilih kirim ke operator lain.

4. Pilih operator Telkomsel T-Cash atau Indosat Dompetku 5. Masukkan Nomor HP yang dituju

6. Masukkan Jumlah yang akan dikirimkan

7. Masukkan PIN

8. Konfirmasi dengan memasukan Random Code 4. Tunggu konfirmasi berupa notifikasi SMS Syarat-syarat sebagai pengirim uang elektronik:

1. Pengirim harus pelanggan yang memiliki akun XL Tunai terdaftar (registered).

2. Batas maksimum transaksi adalah sebanyak 5 kali transaksi dalam satu hari (ke semua operator)

3. Batas nilai transaksi adalah minimum Rp. 10.000,- (Sepuluh Ribu Rupiah) dan maksimum Rp. 1.000.000,- (Satu Juta Rupiah)

4. Pengguna tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan pengiriman bila akumulasi transaksi P2P Antar Operator (pengiriman) telah mencapai 5 kali.

5. Pengguna tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan pengiriman bila akumulasi Rp 20 juta dalam 1 bulan

Syarat-syarat sebagai penerima pengiriman uang elektronik :

1. Penerima adalah semua pelanggan XL, baik yg memiliki akun XL Tunai atau belum memiliki.

2. Pengiriman uang akan menambah saldo XL Tunai penerima.

3. Penerima wajib memiliki akun terdaftar atau melakukan registrasi XLTunai melalui gerai atau agen terdekat untuk menikmati layanan pencairan uang

4. Pengguna tidak dapat menerima pengiriman melebihi batas maksimum saldo Rp 1 juta untuk pelanggan biasa, dan Rp 5 juta untuk pelanggan terdaftar

Jumlah Pelanggan XL Tunai : 330.000+
