SISTEM PENYIMPANAN REKAMAN MEDIS BERBASIS ANDROID DAN PHP
ABSTRAK
Rekam medis merupakan kumpulan catatan perawatan dan pengobatan data pasien. Rekam medis berfungsi sebagai sistem yang membantu operator mengelola data pasien. Keterbatasan sistem manual membuat dokter mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses data-data medis pasien yang telah dibuat. Oleh karena itu rekam medis dibuat untuk memenuhi permintaan kebutuhan rumah sakit dalam melayani pasien secara optimal dalam menangani pasien. Untuk membangun sistem rekam medis ini dibutuhkan pemodelan sistem menggunakan model objek sehingga memudahkan implementasi ke dalam pemrograman berbasis aplikasi website dan android. Adapun kegunaan dari program aplikasi rekam medis yang telah dibuat memiliki kemampuan untuk memasukkan, menghapus, menambah dan mengubah data pasien baru maupun yang sudah ada dan juga dapat menambah, menghapus dan mengubah hak akses user dalam menjalankan aplikasi program rekam medis. Transaksi data dalam program sistem rekam medis ini dilakukan secara dinamis sehingga dapat secara langsung memberikan informasi apabila terjadi perubahan data.

MEDICAL RECORDING SYSTEM BASED ON ANDROID AND PHP
ABSTRACT
The medical record is a collection of patient care and treatment records. Medical
records serve as systems that help operators manage patient data. The limitations
of the manual system make it difficult for doctors to access patient medical data
that has been made. Therefore, medical records are made to meet the demand of
the hospital in serving patients optimally in handling patients. To build this
medical record system modeling system is needed using the object model so as to
facilitate the implementation into the application-based programming website and
android. The usefulness of the medical record application program that has been
created has the ability to insert, delete, add and modify the data of new and
existing patients and also can add, delete and change user permissions in running
medical record application program. Transaction data in medical record system
program is done dynamically so that it can directly provide information in case of
data changes.
