ABSTRAK
Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) adalah salah satu penyebab kematian utama di Indonesia. Di Provinsi Aceh, prevalensi PJK adalah 12,6% melebihi prevalensi nasional yaitu 7,2%. Sindroma Koroner Akut (SKA) adalah bagian dari PJK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko SKA pada penderita usia ≤ 45 tahun di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan case control study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien SKA yang berusia ≤ 45 tahun yang berobat ke rumah sakit umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh pada bulan Juni sampai dengan September 2014. Sampelnya adalah 62 kasus dan 62 kontrol. Dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi square test, multivariat dengan metode regresi logistik ganda serta di lakukan analisis secara deskriptif di sajikan dalam bentuk narasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebiasaan merokok (OR Adjusted : 5,11 ; 95% CI=2,03-12,86), kadar kolesterol darah (OR Adjusted : 3,42; 95% CI=1,41-8,31), obesitas (OR Adjusted : 3,01; 95 % CI= 1,28-7,06) dan diabetes meilitus (OR Adjusted : 2,82, 95 % CI=1,03-7,71) berpengaruh terhadap kejadian SKA karena nilai p < 0,05, sedangkan kadar HDL, LDL dan trigliserida darah, aktifitas fisik dan hipertensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian SKA pada pasien usia < 45 tahun yang berobat ke RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.
Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk melakukan upaya promotif dan preventif seperti penyuluhan dan penyediaan sarana informasi secara intensif kepada pasien yang berkunjung ke RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin, dan bagi pasien dan masyarakat yang mempunyai risiko untuk terjadinya SKA agar merubah pola hidup sehat dan rutin melakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan laboratorium secara berkala, untuk mendeteksi secara dini agar tidak terkena penyakit jantung.

ABSTRACT
Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is a main cause of death in Indonesia. In Aceh Province, prevalence of CAD 12,6% exceeded the number of national average 7,2%. Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is part of Coronary Heart. The purpose of this study was to find out the risk factor of Acute Coronary Syndrome in the sufferers of ≤ 45 years old who came to dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh.
The method of this study is analytical observational with case control design The population of this study was all of the Acute Coronary Syndrome patients of ≤ 45 years old who came to dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh between June and September 2014. The samples for this study were 62 patients for case group and 62 patients for control. The data obtained were analyzed through univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using Chi-square tests, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests and then descriptively presented in a narrative form.
The result of this study showed that the level of smoking (OR Adjusted : 5,11 ; 95% CI=2,03-12,86), blood cholesterol (OR Adjusted : 3,42; 95% CI=1,41-8,31), obesity (OR Adjusted : 3,01; 95 % CI= 1,28-7,06) and diabetes mellitus (OR Adjusted : 2,82, 95 % CI=1,03-7,71), had influence on the incident of Acute Coronary Syndrome, while the levels of HDL, LDL and blood triglycerides, physical activity, and hypertension did have any influence on the incident of Acute Coronary Syndrome in the patients who came for treatment to dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh.
The health workers are suggested to do a promotive and preventive attempt such as extension and provision of information facility intensively to the patients visiting dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh. The patients and the community who are at risk of the incident of Acute CoronarySyndrome should turn into the healthy life pattern, and periodically have physical and laboratory examination to get early detection to prevent heart disease.
