The Matrix Access Services provide two-way interactive

symmetrical or asymmetrical links with the return from the

customer sites to PCM's DVB/IP Gateway at the Network

Operating Centre (NOC) in Hong Kong.



The NOC is connected via fiber to Tier 1 Internet POP for

premium Internet access to the U.S.A., Europe and the rest

of the world.



Each product category is designed to offer a distinct level

of performance tailored to meet our customers' needs.



Data rates range from 128 kbps to 45 Mbps for forward

delivery from the Internet backbone. These are
