1. Besarnya investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk rencana pengerukan dengan metode buang hilir sebagai berikut :
a. CSD dan Booster Pump menggunakan sumber daya tenaga diesel
i. Skema 1.a., dengan menggunakan CSD Tipe 1, Booster Pump Tipe 1 (Darat/ Diesel Engine) dan rangkaian pipa pembuang membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 133.215.540.000,-
ii. Skema 1.b., dengan menggunakan CSD Tipe 2, Booster Pump Tipe 2 (Darat/ Diesel Engine) dan rangkaian pipa pembuang membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 154.974.248.400,-
iii. Skema 2.a., dengan menggunakan CSD Tipe 1, Booster Pump Tipe 1 (Terapung/ Diesel Engine) dan rangkaian pipa pembuang membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 136.478.940.000,-
iv. Skema 2.b., dengan menggunakan CSD Tipe 2, Booster Pump Tipe 2 (Terapung/ Diesel Engine) dan rangkaian pipa pembuang membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 158.637.248.000,-

2. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap biaya operasional, termasuk penyusutan per satuan volume pengerukan diperoleh hasil sebaga berikut :

ii. Target volume 450 ribu m3/tahun = Rp. 124.656,96 /m3 iii. Target volume 500 ribu m3/tahun = Rp. 121.901,26 /m3 iv. Target volume 550 ribu m3/tahun = Rp. 124.498,84 /m3 v. Target volume 600 ribu m3/tahun = Rp. 122.248,94 /m3 vi. Target volume 650 ribu m3/tahun = Rp. 120.345,18 /m3
b. CSD dan Booster Pump menggunakan sumber daya tenaga diesel (Booster Terapung) :

Dari hasil analisis tersebut, maka secara rata-rata, biaya operasiona menggunakan sumber daya tenaga hybrid (CSD – Diesel Engine & Booster Pump – Electric Motor) lebih efisien 31% terhadap penggunaan sumber daya diesel pada seluruh sistem.
3. Hasil kajian penapisan terhadap dampak lingkungan rencana kegiatan pengerukan metode buang hilir, membutuhkan kajian AMDAL sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan, sesuai dengan kriteria dalam Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 4 tahun 2021.
4. Usia guna waduk Sutami diperkirakan mencapai 38 tahun, dengan pelaksanaan pengerukan 400 ribu m3/tahun s/d 600 m3/tahun diharapkan dapat memperpanjang usia guna 17 tahun hingga 28 tahun.
5. Rencana pengerukan metode buang hilir Bendungan Sutami diusulkan menggunakan skema 2.b. dengan sumber daya tenaga hybrid.
