Being success in Keynes class becomes an effective reinforcement for his motivation to in class beco be appeared.
b. Brainstorming
Brainstorming is one of common methods in creating active warning environment. Teacher can use this strategy in very easy way.
For instance, here, Keynes chooses a very simple thing such an issue brought in a novel to explain certain material. In order to get range of students idea, Keynes provides them with some questions which guide bem to learn. This simple method can be easily followed by students because they are familiar to what they have been discussed.
One of important part in running brainstorming in class is feedback. Keynes feedback style is very impressive in this movie. He is able to lead students into the objective study that he made when the students' answer is consider unexpected. His feedback is like a hint for his students to think deeply about the current issue
This model of activity sometimes comes with barrier when students are not ready yet. Nevertheless, it also motivates students to be more active in the participating the learning process. In addition, it also stimulates them to search more knowledge before they have discussion in the class.
This matter occurs to Kim Hyun Woo. His being lacks of preparation makes him anxious. The Anxiety occurs because the ignorance from Keynes. Here, the ignorance become an aversive stimulant for Hyun Woo. For this reason, Kim Hyun Woo is experiencing his unsuccessful first class meeting. However, the unpleasant feeling that appears makes him becomes more diligent to read books and collecting some sources in the library
c. Discussion
One of common activity in active learning strategy is discussion.
This activity is quite useful to involve student into active learning in the class. In this movie, Keynes combines writing task and discussion. First, he asks his student to write a paper about certain material, then they
discuss it in the classroom. During the process, Keynes stand as a guide who lead his student into proper learning.
This activity falls into category of structured discussion. Since the characteristic of active learning strategy is designed to engage students to discover many things, Keynes reduces talks in his lecture time. He only gives questions and lets his students find what they have learn. However, when a teacher missed to act properly during the lecturing time, it will lead into barriers.
Since Professor Keynes behaves improperly in the discussion, Kim Hyun Woo feels angry. He makes up his mind to be brave in is part of self criticizing Professor Keynes. Actually, the angriness is part of defenses that called refusal. The defenses mechanism sometimes brings people to be brave
d. Problem Solving
The next teaching strategy that Professor Keynes use is problem solving. He prepares some cases for his students and let them choose an case to be analyzed. Teaching student with problem solving might be challenge for teacher. This activity involves students into high thinking order.203 Through this strategy, Keynes teaches his students how to think unusual idea, to generate ideas, to plan strategy, to map the possibilities, to assemble the facts, and to get the problem clearly in mind. After generating ideas and assembling the facts, students should analyze it and write the pleading.
All the cases available is a debatable case. Therefore, to get the analysis requires hard work. The uneasy condition brings Hyun Woo And his group into bad mood. Being frustrated is also kind of human behavior that appears as the response to the pressure in his life. However, ambition to get reinforcement defeats the feeling of frustration. In addition, Hyun Woo begins to get use to the teaching strategy that Keynes uses to teach. It seems like the strategy has shape his behavior unconsciously.
e. Simulation

As the previous activity, this activity is also the kind of higher risk activity. Simulation is the aimed to develop students' concept theory.
In this movie, Keynes held the trial or simulation court that of done in similar situations. The simulation is set as competition among
students' in the class. This is very necessary to encourage the students.
The competition is kind of positive reinforce.
This teaching strategy reinforces the students including Kim Hyun Woo to work hard in this activity. Since the activity is kind of dental activity, it sometimes makes student anxious. However, student can follow the process well, he will feel enjoy to learn when student can do is feeling of joy will make student to learn easily inside the classroom or outside the classroom.
f. Short Writing
Keynes uses the form of short writing activity as the last term est.
He designs a take home test for his student. He require his student to write a paper and submit the assignment in certain time. Short writing is one of common task for an adult learner. Adult learners are self-directed.
They learn best through contextual and relevant information. Here, they could train their skill and explore their ability. Though the paper is done individually, they still can share with friends because this task is done outside the class.
Facing the task, Hyun Woo does not feel worry anymore. He is confident enough to finish the task perfectly. He is really get use to do such activity. He becomes more diligent to prepare the materials.
