Training and Development Employee training is part of the systematically-designed development strategy required to improve the quality of our human resources in terms of both technical and non- technical skills. Untuk itu, maka pada tanggal 25 September 2013, Perseroan mendirikan CSA Training Center dengan Misi “Mengembangkan potensi sumber daya manusia dari aspek Pengetahuan, Kemampuan, dan Sikap (Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude) untuk kemajuan CSA dalam mencapai Visi Perusahaan”.

Program-program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh CSA Training Center ini dibuat dalam format CSA Academy secara berkelanjutan yang dibagi dalam 4 Training Curriculum antara lain:

1. Mandatory: Target peserta Staff/

New Hire Level 2. Basic: Target peserta

Supervisor Level

3. Intermediate: Target peserta Manager Level

4. Advanced: Target peserta GM Above Level

Dengan program-program tersebut diatas, diharapkan karyawan dapat mengembangkan kompetensinya sehingga mampu berprestasi pada pekerjaan dan mempunyai kesempatan untuk meningkatkan karirnya di masa depan.

Selain program-program tersebut diatas, Perseroan juga terus berupaya mempererat kebersamaan, kerja sama dan sinergi antara karyawan dengan pihak manajemen dan juga antara sesama anggota keluarga besar dalam lingkup Grup Perseroan secara luas. Dalam hal ini, berbagai aktivitas dan kegiatan diselenggarakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut antara lain melalui CSA Cup 2013, HUT CSA ke- 47, Buka Puasa Bersama, Perayaan Hari Kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 2013, Perayaan Hari Batik Nasional, Lomba Goyang Cesar etc.

Therefore, on 25 September 2013, CSA Training Center is launched with the mission: “Human resources development aimed at improving knowledge, skills, and attitude for the sake of realizing CSA’s Vision.”

Administered by CSA Training Center, these training programs are embodied in CSA Academy and conducted periodically. They are divided into 4 curriculums:

1. Mandatory: Target participant Staff/New Hire Level

2. Basic: Target participant Supervisor Level

3. Intermediate: Target participant Manager Level

4. Advanced: Target participant GM Above Level

The programs mentioned above are expected to develop the employees’

skills and performances and enable them to improve their future careers.

In addition, the Company also continues to strengthen solidarity and synergies within the CSA Group.

Numerous activities and events have been held to achieve the goal, such as CSA Cup 2013, CSA 47th Anniversary Celebration, Iftar (fast-breaking), Indonesian Independence Day, National Batik Day Celebration, dance competition, etc.

Perseroan memberlakukan sistem penilaian kinerja yang berorientasi pada pengukuran produktivitas sehingga memberikan kesempatan yang setara kepada karyawannya dalam mengembangkan karir dan melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional tanpa membedakan suku, agama, ras, golongan, gender atau kondisi fisik.

Hal ini menjadi motivasi bagi setiap karyawan dalam hal remunerasi dan peningkatan karir. Kinerja Peseroan serta performa masing-masing karyawan akan menjadi acuan untuk menentukan kenaikan gaji, bonus akhir tahun dan juga promosi jabatan.

The Company establishes a performance appraisal system directed to evaluate productivity. President Commissioner Warga Negara Indonesia, lahir di Surakarta pada tahun 1941. Mendapat gelar Doctorandus dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gajah Mada pada tahun 1969 dan gelar M.A. dari STTRII pada tahun 2008. Memulai karir di Citibank N.A. Jakarta (1969- 1980), Direktur di PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (1980-1986), Komisaris di PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (1986–

1998), Komisaris di Korean Exchange Bank Danamon (1992–1998), Lecturer di SESPIBANK–Bank Indonesia (1992–2002), Presiden Direktur di PT Bank Delta (1995–1996), Komisaris di PT Bank Dana Asia (1997–1998), dan Komisaris Independen di PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (1998–2008). Saat ini menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama Perseroan sejak 2001. Bergabung sebagai Sales Project Supervisor Perseroan (1994-1997), dan kemudian dipromosikan sebagai Sales Manager di PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (1997–2002). Setelah sempat berhenti beberapa tahun, kemudian ditunjuk sebagai Komisaris Perseroan sejak 2009.

After some years not active in the Company, then has been appointed as Commissioner of the Company since 2009.

Saat ini juga menjabat sebagai Dewan Pembina Yayasan Institute Kasih Peduli Masyarakat Indonesia sejak 2004 dan Ketua Yayasan Pelayanan Gelombang Kesembuhan sejak 2007.

Memulai karir sebagai Asisten Dosen (1995), MIS Inventory di PT Merpati Mahkota Sarana (1996), dan memegang posisi kunci di berbagai bidang manajerial di industri perbankan (1997–2013) seperti Call Center Management, Total Quality Management, Project Management, Service Quality, Branches Operations Services, Training Academy, People Development dan Change Management di Citibank, Bank International Indonesia, Barclays dan PT Bank Permata Tbk, dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Customer Experience Management and Business Performance di PT Bank Permata Tbk.
